I am unhappy with my ventilation for the stove and quality of wood used in my deck build. I have issue with how the outside paint around hose windows look. My loan office mazzy let me flounder thru this process. I was a first time buyer and no direction or guidance was given. My loan officer made me feel as if I was a hindrance and that every obstacle I face was created by my ignorance

Ability to make selections. Our build was slated for darker wood colored LVP but we didn’t want that. They agreed to go with the lighter wood LVP event though it wasn’t our favorite either. Would have preferred gray/white tone LVP. Figured if they were willing to switch to the lighter wood tone, they would let us choose the exact color we wanted but that wasn’t an option.

The change of personnel weas the most frustrating. The second sales person was not very personable and was not very easy to work with. The third superintendent ultimately brought it all together and made sure we ended up with what we purchased. [name removed] and [name removed] were the best. Between them, we felt like they represented Horizon [name removed] [name removed] in a very good way. They gave us confidence and made us glad we chose Horizon [name removed] [name removed].

The walk through with [name removed] was very thorough. I felt like my orientation and her attention to detail made the process smooth. Dislike… the day of move in the cleaners and checklist was not complete. There was broken glass on the ground and trash in the yard. Flip side [name removed] made it right!

Everyone involved in the process was knowledgeable, very professional and kind. Since Horizon [name removed] wanted to quickly close on the home, the process of getting everything approved through underwriting to title was stressful. We are still waiting to receive title owners policy. We understand they are catching up on.
