Well, we kept being promised finishing by a certain time and told no way we’d go over a certain time. That was a lie 3 times.. the guys who laid our sod did such a sloppy terrible job. Part of our yard is like a divot and grass not all the way laid down and some stuck on poles or the side of the house. The facts it is take almost a month and a half for us to get a key to our own home after moving in is horrible. The fact we still have multiple things wrong and no one contacting us to work on it. The sod was rolled up on our driveway in the freezing weather for a week. Sod is only good for a day or two laid in rolls so that’s just not right. [name removed] was “inspected” by y’all and a third party and everyone missed that our AC unit was completely disconnected and all still capped off the way it was dropped off. That’s just a short list. Over promised under delivered and some quality of the people y’all hired out too just doesn’t seem to fit for a house costing almost 300K. We were super civil and nice about it all but figured should lay it out on the review. We brought up these issues multiple times but didn’t seem to change any of our situation.

[name removed] bang for your buck. However, some of the construction seemed rushed or just not a lot of care went into the overall product. Since living here we have found a couple band aid fixes, things not straight (counter tops, walls, etc.)

Wow - so much! I am a Realtor and Investor in Phoenix, AZ, and my husband is an architect. We have purchased many homes, and dealt with home builders for over 30 years. This was the best home-buying experience we have ever had!! [name removed], the salesman at [name removed], was fabulous from start to finish. He was kind, professional, and his follow-up was outstanding. Fabulous guy! Then, although we were out of town for the construction period, we got to communicate and meet with [name removed] who was the primary person in charge of construction. He was always kind and responsive to all our requests and needs. He has gone above and beyond to make sure our home is finished just as we wanted it to be, with excellent attention to detail. Even after closing, he continues to work to be sure that every issue we have is taken care of promptly. Finally, [name removed] walked us through the home after we closed, giving us a full orientation to the home, and has promised to be with us for the next 2 years, any time we have a problem or concern. The final blessing was the Bible in the kitchen drawer, signed by many of the people at the main office, with a kind personal note enclosed. Wow, wow, WOW!!! The whole process has been way beyond our expectations, and it has been so good that we are in the process of building a second home in another Ideal Homes community. You guys rock!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Please, may we buy MORE Ideal Homes??? :)

From day 1, my agent/realtor [name removed] was very welcoming, supportive and helpful. He endured the entire process of building my home made sure my experience was a good one. Also While [name removed] was not my initial builder I was very happy to get him. He was very helpful and patient throughout the process. I was very blessed to have these two gentlemen working on my behalf. They made sure I was a happy homeowner. I’ve had my 30 day inspection and so far steps are being made to correct a few items.

Overall quality if the inside. [name removed] quality work on paint, install of tile in bathrooms. Doesn’t align with Tub in guest bath but just filled in with grout. Master shower the soap bar is crooked and filled with grout around it. Drawer in kitchen the bottom is warped. Just painted over with white paint. Overall disappointing. I’ll have my 30 day with [name removed] and show him these items. I lived in an Ideal home in Valencia and was excited about the new house. Less than excited now. East window had a defect and so far no follow up on when the replacement will come or be installed.

All communication was done well, the only issue was design center troubles, things we agreed on, ideas we wanted, were not met, some things that were wrong ended up staying just for remaining on schedule. I signed what I signed for, nothing more or less. All in all, I loved the process and everyone was very professional.

Been waiting 6 months for my window to be replaced, and eaves to be fixed. They came to fix the shower door leak, and the technician said he couldn't fix it, so I fixed it myself.

It was an excellent experience. Every one in the process was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as well as being prepared to handle whatever was needed. My [name removed] officer was [name removed] who is amazing.[name removed] built my home, [name removed] did my orientation, [name removed] was very helpfully and understanding. Right Downtown the closer, all were cheerful, helpful, patient & efficient. And an all-around great experience.
