I like the open space layout of the house. The only thing I don’t like is how thin the walls are and you can hear what’s happening in other rooms.

Communication was great for standard updates but when help was needed or problems arose communication was worse. This statement sounds worse than it is though, overall I am happy with the communication but everything else went smoothly.

My experience has been great! I greatly appreciate the employees I worked with to get into this home. The quality of some of the paint jobs has been somewhat disappointing - especially the black paint that has already chipped and faded.

I have had some issues arise since close such as cracking caulking in the kitchen when the temperatures changed and every issue was addressed quickly, professionally, and with amazing customer service. Absolutely impressed.

I am very sorry to say but my home seemed to be rushed to complete. I am shocked how cheap the carpet is with NO padding. They installed the walk in shower to where the door pushed the rug away from the door and who wants to pick up their rug, place it on the toilet while showering and then place it on the floor to walk out. You would then need to pick up the rug to close the door. Have no idea why the door is flush with the floor and not at least an inch higher. They made this small home for a giant because the bedroom closet the racks are so high, etc.

Our garbage disposal has fallen completely off today 1-2-26 the emergency number person was rude hung up on me when I asked for her name. All my products under sink are damaged. I want a six month review next week. Closed on house August 1

My shower is starting to leak again and my floors look worse than they did before. I wouldn’t have bought in this neighborhood had I known capital was taking over. My house value has dropped because of the capital homes.

I like that Ideal Homes has a home warranty. They are responsive to the customers and take responsibility for corrections in a timely manner. I wish there was a tracking method / program that included a spreadsheet where homeowners could enter items that need to be addressed, and the Ideal project manager could acknowledge the issue and maintain a status.

Very little contact after sale and followup with issues identified during 6 month walk through. Still have unresolved items. Happy with some things and very dissatisfied with others.
