I love the post-buy walk throughs. It makes me, as the costumer, feel like ideal cards about our overall experience. I do not like how if there are changes to be made the handymen are hard to get in touch with.

Too many problems. Some were resolved and some weren't. The builder didn't have a copy of the options addendum so I had to email it to him because too many mistakes were being made. Customer (no) Care didn't resolve all the problems and had excuses for the ones they couldn't or wouldn't take care of. Low quality workmanship was the cause of most problems we reported and many of the trades people that were sent for repairs didn't do good work. I have a list of all the problems which some haven't been resolved to my satisfaction. It's disgraceful that for such an expensive house that we had to deal with so many problems and low quality workmanship. Also, apparently senior management isn't really interested in customer satisfaction because my previous review expressed my dissatisfaction but no senior management has contacted me to make things right.

[name removed] was very willing to show me all the different layouts and was responsive through the process. [name removed] was very personable during the blue tape walk through. Ideal Homes accommodated us wanting to live in the home early. However, they delayed fixing the blue tape issues, causing stress leading up to move in because they did not have all the repairs fixed and cleaned in time for the final walk through.

Like- [name removed] does amazing jobs helping my family out with any types issue. She deserves a raise. Dislike- the cabinets around the house always rubbing back-and-forth when close. I already got it adjusted many times. The walk in shower in the master room. How there is a little gap on the frame by the wall that caused the water to touch the baseboard causing to rot/ chip the paint. The ventilator for the stove. After using a few times, it’s causing the whole cabinet on top of it to turned yellow from the grease.

There’s a cabinet door the gets caught when closing and a spot in the kitchen flooring where a bit of grout is missing. Other than that everything has been good.
