Lots of cosmetic issues within the living quarters. 75% of the time the repairmen randomly show up at anytime on any given day. Cabinets are our main issue. We have photos (before and after) of what they expected us to accept as quality workmanship. At one point one person that represents Ideal Homes boldly stated, "We might not be the builder for you. We don't do custom building?" Customer builder? Heck all we were doing was trying to get the extra holes drilled in our cabinet drawers and cabinets fixed. We're still waiting (after 2 weeks) to get some blemishes out of our bathroom vanity skins. Not a lot of communication. I had no idea where my home was in the building process then I randomly got a call saying I could close the next week. I didn’t feel prepared for closing time.

I found the neighborhood on my own, but Ideal Homes was very easy to work with. Once I decided on the home I wanted to purchase, everyone kept me informed every step of the way. So far I’m really enjoying my new place!

I like it but they did a walk through right before we moved in and didn’t finish some of the things that needed to be fixed. We are making a list and will send it in.

We had an issue with our air conditioning system over the Memorial day weekend and because of the weekend told myself in might be next week before we see anyone. To my suprise a a/c service person pulled up and within a couple of hours had fixed our issue. This was way beyond my expectations and was very much appreciated too. Thanks to the people of Ideal homes...

Due to turnover within the organization, my build fell completely through the cracks. The closing date changed so many times, my stress level was extreme. I was incredibly disappointed in the process, and complete lack of follow up.
