Overall, my experience has been great. My major complaint is the grass area on the east side of the house next to the retaining wall. That area never dries out and even after a light amount of rain, there is standing water.

Nothing. It has been great! The only dissatisfaction we had/have is the tile in the front bathroom. It is meant to look dirty/distressed; however, we thought was was dirt/debris from construction.

My home is nice, internet is horrible to the point i may have to move because it’s affecting my job and my kids schooling. I am paying HOA dues but not sure what for and the HOA wont handle problems. I was told when looking to buy the house that i would be able to use the pool and walking trails of the upcoming neighborhood across the street but the internet ideal homes says i wont so i feel lied to and false advertising.

When I call [name removed] with a problem, he is very responsive in getting someone out to my home to fix the problem, or he comes himself.

The only dislike as of now is the response time from the customer care team. In most cases, the issues that have arise do not require immediate attention, but there are times where we need to know the latest status for a work order incident. Usually, when we request a repair WO we receive a notice during the call that its being worked on. After the initial call we typically dont get any follow up regarding the latest status. Sometimes, I'll have to set a reminder in my phone to call back so that I can get an update. At the moment, we sent a notice that the contractor did not install shingles over a section of our roof. At the moment, we have an exposed section to our attic. We had an inspector come out on Wednesday 5/17/23 who found this issue. We have not received any responses as of yet regarding when someone will be out to fix this issue. I sent pictures and a copy of the report via email to the customer care team and haven't received any responses. It would be nice to receive a WO number and status updates after the initial call. I've also had moments where we reach out to our customer care personnel (the one who worked with us to fix items after we first purchased the home) and we dont receive any response. Fortunately, I dont mind fixing any items that need attention, but there are instances that we need the customer care team to respond and that does not always happen. Last thing to note. I feel like we never receive email responses but I believe that the customer care team receives them. I definitely prefer calling, but in moments where we need to provide pictures and videos we never receive an email response. Overall, I do like our home. This is our first home and was really excited about having a brand new home. I understand that things will not be perfect and things can always be fixed. Just wish that we had more communication regarding work orders and receive status updates.

the overall quality of the house and finishings was not to the cost we had paid. Floor tiles covered in grout specs through the house. cabinet paint job poor. Unlevel floor even after paying for rebar and expensive tile. Trims are not flush with floor. Grading outside means a vast amount of water flows to the side of the house rather than to the street. Water settling has also caused fence post hole to loosen and the the fence to lean over. Garage floor epoxy coating looks rough. Sod was laid over weeds which had lead to a vast amount of weed treatment/money spent correcting. Bathtub faucets not straight. Customer care has helped correct some or offer additional items due to all of the above issues which we appreciate. The main item outstanding is large pockets of water settling and the leaning fence due to the grading of the land.

We saw the community, street, and home and were impressed. We saw the lot and were excited. We met neighbors and were sold. We were able to purchase from out of state with assistance from our daughter in [name removed].

Overall really like the house. Most of the trim work looks like it was slapped together. Edges protruding past the corners, dowels put around the front door window looks like a grandson did the work. Shower head not aligned with valve. When mentioned about the workmanship I was told it was within specs.
