The Cares group has been very good at responsiveness. We did see that subcontractors were not always prompt in getting back to us for repair, replace work as well as, landscaping matters.

Like the follow up by [name removed] customer service. [name removed] has been great. Any delays in getting replacement parts or service is due to the vendors and not [name removed]. Having a very difficult time getting my extended warranty for the appliances registered. No way to call the company and they do not respond to emails

There were 3 build managers during construction, but it seems that has now stabilized. There aren't many practical vanity choices for bathrooms-only one vanity had drawers. You do not have an option to include a niche in the shower walls. Beware-if you order square sinks for bathroom - do not choose a standard faucet - it is not long enough!!! The best think about [name removed] - they're old school where the customer is always right! I'd use them again!

1. Still awaiting for repair, replacement of Kitchen cabinets that were damaged during installation. We have been waiting since January 2022. PLEASE, PLEASE come and fix them. 2. We are still waiting for the allamanda bushes and Cocoplum in the front yard to replaced. They died when planted in November 2021. PLEASE, PLEASE come and replace them. 3. Still waiting for the back porches patio step to be repaired. The ground around the step is 10 inches below the step and a huge fall risk as it does not meet building code for stairs. Either build up ground around the back step or add stone pavers to the base of the step to make it meet building code. PLEASE , PLEASE come and fix these issues. Everything thing else was very good at inspection. The only issues my wife and I have with warranty repair is that it takes MONTHS to get started and finished. It should not be this way. Honestly, we had several issues with the home construction, but between our const mgr [name removed]...with help from Mortgage dude [name removed]...we got it workled out.

We had a very positive experience with [name removed] and would recommend them. We like [name removed] from [name removed] [name removed] Care. She handled our warranty issues quickly, courteously, and efficiently. We also thought [name removed], our construction manager was awesome! She made the home building process seamless. She communicated with us regularly and handled any issues professionally. The only negative is the time it takes for some subcontractors to make repairs. How many times must Heritage Floors inspect the same defect? It shouldn't take a year to do repairs. We're still waiting. Also, some subcontractors do not keep their appointments-Classic, Heritage.

[name removed] has been great to work with, but she has a lot on her plate. I hit my 5 month date and my 2 month warranty follow up still has not been completed. There have been many issues and numerous emails that just prolong the process.

Everybody was very professional and expedient. The entire process proceeded very smoothly. Since my move-in, everyone that I have come in contact with has been very courteous and responsive. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Our salesperson [name removed] was extremely professional, was very patient with us, and got us to purchase a "spec" home that met our needs. Our construction supervisor [name removed] did an outstanding job of keeping us informed throughout the entire building process. He was always available to us to answer any and all questions that we had, particularly as we were not in the area for most of the build. He also has been a wealth of information to us, both prior and after we have moved in. Your corporation made a very wise business decision in hiring [name removed] as he is the perfect representative that show's Kolters's commitment to providing exceptional and quality homes.

Our home was completed on time and we were pleased with the quality of the home. We did have some issues that were ultimately fixed however due to contractor shortages and some contractor issues at times it was a bit of a frustration getting things done. [name removed] and [name removed] from [name removed] were awesome in getting the things done that we wanted. They are great customer service representatives

The experience with the project management team... or lack thereof. There was no true project management. Subcontractors / Service Providers were called in at the last minute not given proper direction; nor did they follow house plans; nor were they supervised. Subs of subs were unsupervised.

Three meetings were scheduled to evaluate and replace a serious amount of pavers in front entrance. Various pavers are cracked, broken as well as, not installed correctly. Water collects in front of entrance door. Impossible to be content, when you look at the pavers.

Initially there was a problem with the material specifications in our contract, but [name removed] immediately acknowledged and rectified the issue to our satisfaction. The sales leadership and design department, especially [name removed], were on top of it and communicated effectively. The finance end of the purchase through CTC Mortgage was excellent. [name removed] was terrific throughout the process. [name removed], our project manager, was also terrific and treated us like family. She tried to answer all our questions and concerns every step of the way even after the closing. We have had some issues post closing that still remain unresolved. The most pressing are garage door issues; a panel was bent at the bottom and we are awaiting a replacement plus the sensors sometime malfunction and don’t let the door close. The vendor called today finally and set up an appointment for 1/10. Another issue that we have been dealing with the HOA is about a tree that is leaning and about to fall in the backyard. It needs to be straightedges and moved. A work order has been pending but no one has come to see the problem yet. All other issues will be discussed at our 2 month inspection. Overall, [name removed] builds an excellent home and stands behind its product and customer satisfaction seems to be very important to them.

The amount of time it took to build. We signed a contract on 10/19/2020 and were told it would take between 6-8 months to build. We closed on the home on 11/16/2021 - 13 months later. We had a total of 4 construction managers during the process and months would go by without any updates on our home and when we called to find out why we were then advised of a new CM. The 4th and final one was the best and was pretty good about giving us updates on a weekly basis. It is better to get an update whether the news is about yet another delay than to wait until the person buying the home has to keep calling. We tried not to get frustrated but the entire process including the closing was not good. We are still waiting for the dining room chandelier we purchased at our design appt. in October 2021 and we shouldn't have to keep calling to find out why we still don't have it.

We were told during the sales process that the pond had a fountain which there is the look of one. We found out a couple of months ago that is not the case. It is part of the irrigation system. We were looking forward to a fountain.

The home is fantastic and we love it with very few issues or problems - where my MAJOR ISSUE is relates to the external landscaping - since i took ownership, approx 6 months ago, i have been reporting 8 dead bushes and 2 dead trees - many of these in the front - i am now being ignored by everyone and receiving no replies - I WANT THESE REPLACED URGENTLY...........i am at the point of ripping them out and leaving them at the sales center if nobody else is going to remove and sort them - this need to be sorted - the entrance looks very poor when you look at the plants............and this is different from the lawn which is being replaced

Your construction officials to have a better knowledge of how to build a home, and not to have a large punch list, there punch list and warranty list should not be as extensive. I’m a retired builder are goal is a 100 percent build satisfaction we strive for nothing less. [name removed]’t take this personal or maybe you should You need a better system , I’ve been in the business over 50 years , and been involved in thousands of builds , and never seen a new shell torn down , but I finally saw it now , right here on surfside circle , that’s a first for me , maybe you should look at your staff from the top down, I know most of the people here and everyone of them have a negative story about there build you have a 100 percent also but it is negative. [name removed] good I hope [name removed] buts on there big boy pants and takes this as constructive criticism , On a positive note my neighbors and the club house are the blessing, have a nice day.

Overall we find our home to be well-built. Sub-contracted work leave something to be desired. We have lived in our home now for 6 months and a number of outstanding items have not yet been dealt with. The final walk through prior to closing was a "bum's rush" experience. We also found [name removed]'s policy with regard to home visits during construction, and their resistance to an independent inspector, left much to be desired.
