Pressured to close by EOY 21 with open work items on the promise that they would be addressed. Items from pre-close inspection still not addressed. Some are safety issues. Items from two month inspection still not addressed. Lack of information on when I can expect these items to be fixed.

A little unhappy with the design team. I was not informed during my meeting with the design team that my closet tile would not match my bathroom tile if I had known that I would have went a different route. I think it looks mismatched and now I have to keep my closet doors closed

All around fantastic, I am only disappointed at the manufacturer of the sliding doors are WITHOUT screens. Who accepts this, I am surely going to keep on it with [name removed] homes. CM was fantastic and very easy to communicate with. Overall very good.

While everyone in warranty/customer care has been very helpful, we still have items outstanding, some more important than others. While the staff is working to complete the open items, their priorities aren’t the same as ours.

The back of my home is very warm. At this point nothing has been done to fix this problem. I had my 11 month inspection recently hoping this get fix. It is very hard to sleep at night when you are sweating.

The extended delays cost us thousands of dollars. We felt that we could of been in the home at least 6 weeks sooner with simply an I.O.U. punch list. All the chatter from within the neighborhood is so disheartening but oh so true. The subcontractors such as the painters and the cleaners should be fired. They are terrible. The plants and trees in your landscaping package as well as the design with our home leave much to be desired.

The only issue of course was timing. We understood that we dealt with building at time of the pandemic. Although, we were given an unrealistic time frame in which we planned the sale of our home etc. Which left us in a tough spot for housing. Everyone we came across at Kolter sales to closing were very nice. We had some small issues moving in, but we're handled very quickly. One issue will wait till glass gets ordered . Overall the experience has been a positive one so far!

I truly liked our construction manager, [name removed]. I was not happy that we could not change things, such as upgrade the flooring and appliances. We are 75%happy with the house, it is very well made. We are unhappy about the inferior interior and exterior paint job. During our 2 and 11th month inspections we were told the imperfections are cosmetic and [name removed] was not going to repaint. As far as we are concerned the painters should have done a professional job in the first place.

The experience from when we met [name removed] sales agent ( [name removed] ) , CTC Mortgage ( [name removed] and [name removed] } was an excellent experience however from our initial walk through then final closing walk it was not desirable at all. If anyone wants to contact us I'd be glad to explain. I just hope it becomes better.

Me habria gustado que hubiera mejor servicio en español. Pues me doy cuenta que las frustaciones que tuve o tengo, es porque no nos entendimos bien. Como la extension del patio,que no fue la que me explicaron al principio.- Yo queria el modelo [name removed] original, me hicieron otroporque aqui en [name removed] no harian el modelo original y resulya que mi cuadra casi frente a mi si lo hicieron y eso me ha provocado una gran frustracion verlo.- En los upgrades tampoco me explicaron bien, pues la cocina no fue hecha a mi gusto .-Y una puerta del baño del master room que es muy incomoda para abrir y entrar, debemos mantenerla abierta todo el tiempo.

Everything was fine except supply shortages, not your fault. Quality of build is excellent. Did have trouble with #2 bedroom electric, you fixed fast. I was disappointed you wouldn’t put pavers outside behind the dining room wall, just needed floor for my [name removed], not a whole kitchen. Don’t worry we know who will do the work.

Customer care experience was great. my problem is I called at least 3 times about my air conditioner not cooling the master bedroom. Customer care sent someone every time but all the tech did was adjust the vents in all the rooms. It still didn't help. I will call Customer Care again.

The contract, design, and closing steps of the overall process were highly efficient and effective. Also, the majority of the structural and mechanical construction activities went very well, resulting in a well built house. However, craftsmanship quality, attention to detail, overall project management, and customer communication were greatly lacking during the final build-out and finishing phases of the house construction. As a result, overall quality suffered and unnecessary rework and multiple last minute delays occurred resulting in a “very low” level of customer experience, and a significant list of complex post-closing items requiring follow-up and repair by [name removed].

The tile in the shower turning colors. Appliances are bottom line. The washer sounds like a cement mixer, no place to put softener in. Just not good quality. I feel the buyer should have the option to upgrade to a better quality prior to the closing. Poor quality garage flooring blisters and chips off. Quality of shelves when hanging cloths on the shelves just pull out of the dry wall.
