[name removed] the first individual we met was not really upfront about everything as she contradicted herself on many occasions, and told some outright lies. [name removed] has been wonderful to work with. He has answered our questions and has been very helpful every step of the way. [name removed], on the other hand did not meet his commitments as he had said he would do certain things. He was supposed to come back by the following Monday (as we moved in on a Friday) to check on things, answer any questions, show us how to operate the sprinkling system, give us numbers and assistance on rain gutters, and make sure everything was good. It has now been over a month since we moved in and we have not seen or talked to [name removed] once (not once). He has been MIA since we have been here. So, out of the three people we have met and interacted with, one individual had done their job and been great to work with.

[name removed] staff were responsive to all my questions and issues with the home. What I did not like was the developers delay in obtaining the mail box and then providing the mail box keys to the Post Office.
