In candor, I think [name removed] rushed the construction of our subdivision. "Haste makes waste," and it is impossible to move at the pace [name removed] did without incurring the negative side effects of structural problems and imperfections. For a new home, there were a disproportionate and unnecessary number of construction issues that needed to be corrected after move-in.
