I have had many significant problems with my new home and it has been an ongoing problem to get them fixed. I was also supposed to be compensated for my uninhabitable home that we endured by [name removed] (customer service manager?) who was supposed to be getting back to me. I have not heard back from her despite repeated attempts by me (several voicemails and emails).

Customer service representatives lack a positive attitude and present in a rude manner most of the times. Contractors they work with also work in a very rushed fashion, similar to how the homes were built in terms of carelessness.

It took a long time for them to close work orders. The walk in problem items were not taken care of. [name removed] until [name removed] came by and made sure the open tickets were taken care of. [name removed] is an excellent member of your staff.

Overall, things have been great. We had an electrical problem and two issues with our HVAC system, that got fixed. We also had to wait for a door to be installed. Last issue is that we are still waiting for two security cameras we purchased to be installed

I love my home design and location. However, the customer care after moving in has been horrible. None of the talked-about work orders have been resolved on time. I would not recommend the service rep, [name removed], to any business. He reminds me of the sneaky salesperson. [name removed] continues to over-promise and under-delivers constantly.

Walls are too thin. You can hear the water running, flushing etc. Caulking from ceiling are falling. Contractors are soo noisy when working. Playing loud music at 7AM. The dirt is uncontrollable, suggest to wet the dirt at the back.

Dislike because up to now our floors keep squeeking & a risk for tripping upon walking since they are uneven. All our other complaints has not been attended to.

They are really good and trying to get and issues handled as quickly as possible. The only thing is the home site reviews. I was supposed to have one in October with the customer care rep for [name removed] and I keep asking for an update but I get no response.
