There were issues getting started. Communication was not good. I felt I was getting the run around much of the time. It worked out in the end but I was very frustrated at times.

It took a long time from contract to move in. However, very worth the wait! Pricilla Butler was an outstanding sales rep for us. She maintained constant contact with us when we had observations and questions about the build. She was very accessible and responsive. Due to her help and making sure that the appropriate point of contact to address our questions got our messages and responded in a timely manner. We love our new home; it has exceeded our expectations.
