The first night we moved in we had complete water damage from the primary bathroom and now about six months later we seem to be having the same issue. Poorly constructed homes with bad plumbing.

[name removed], our LandSea sales agent was extremely helpful from start to finish with her amazing customer service and care. She truly knows how to be supportive and accommodating and is very knowledgeable and guided us through our first time home buying experience. We really liked how communicative she was and highly responsive. We also appreciate how understanding she was with the various inquiries we had throughout the process and she was always willing to help answer our questions. Even during the process, [name removed] provided wonderful enthusiasm and excitement the whole way. Our move-in went smoothly and it was a very easy and stress free process for us all thanks to [name removed].

We had a good overall experience with [name removed]. The sales team in the office are always so helpful and friendly. [name removed] was the representative that helped us and she was great! The toughest part for us was doing all of the paperwork and financial contracts digitally and having to work with different companies and people. That was a bit stressful to navigate. Other than that we had a good experience.

I like the construction team as this team seemed to be the most cognizant and aware of the homeowners’ needs. (They make way to ensure residents can get in and out on the street, they pick up any loose surrounding debris, respectful, professional). The construction manager [name removed] has been the absolute best, from the walkthrough of my home to present day! Any concern I have had ,he either fixes right away or points me in the direction and connects me with the department that can help solve my issue. He is responsive and has never not answered any question or concern I have ever had. He literally goes above and beyond! Even if the issue falls out of his scope, his dedication shows that he and his team take pride in building this community and they care about the homeowners! I have witnessed in the heat of the summer where the temperature was up to triple digits, his team building working non stop and still being aware of the homeowners, working to make sure the homes were built timely (which benefited us homeowners as we wanted construction to be done ). If any debris got in my yard due to the winds and construction in front of my house, [name removed] would come and pick up out of my yard. Literally the best customer service has come from the construction team, which significantly weighs in on my rating. However, what I dislike about my experience here, is the level of service I have received from the HOA. My experience with the HOA has been an absolutely terrible. With being a homeowner that bought a home here while many units were still under construction, I expected a more community, focused HOA that would cater to the needs of the homeowners, especially given the fact that when I moved in, there were still a lot of vacancies and construction. There were countless parking spots vacant at any given time., yet my company [name removed] was towed by the HOA. At that time and still until this day, there were only a handful of residents in this lot, where if there was a question of whose car it was, it could have easily been answered. However, there was no attempt to discover whose car it was by the HOA. The HOA towed my van on the premise of thinking that it wasn’t a homeowner’s car. I reached out to the HOA and pleaded that they get my van out of tow as I did not violate any rules. I was responded with an HOA rule that is only meant for “Guest parking” and their assumption that my car was in the same spot due to an alleged spider web. Without getting into too much detail, I will say had I known that I was moving into a community who’s representation was not to serve the community, I would have moved to a different area. For this reason, I will not give a 10 score rating. (I ended up losing my van as I could not afford to get it out, lost my income that came from the van, as my employees working this van lost their income, and all on a false premise and a rule that I did not break .) In addition, I have yet to see the value in what my HOA payments contribute to this community.

I frankly am disappointed with the entire process. We were told different price points of multiple things when we started with the contract then we did a walk-through to have them fix the problems and nobody fix them. We had to argue about the prices and proof of what were told to us so they could fix it and even the HOA was not what it was at the end that they told us it would be at the end, there’s multiple things wrong with my house after we went through the walk-through and I pointed out everything that needs to be fixed before we moved in and they basically said I need to submit a warranty, but it should’ve been done the first time when I pointed out everything the first time . All around, unhappy with the experience
