Like that the people were wonderful from the selling agent to the home inspector. Dislike somethings are poorly done, bottom of doors not sanded, cheap dishwasher, cheap bottom of shower, poor mirrors nor even sure it's glass, but I guess that is the way things are done now, even with all the flaws I love my house.

We closed on the house back in March 2023 and had an unfinished list. It's almost November and that list is still not completed! It should never take that long to fix minor issues.

We are happy with the house, but I had to call the electricians a few times and there was a mistake when changing the house from commercial purpose to residential and i had a very big electric bill 6 months after being in the house. This delayed the installation of my solar panels.

Outside water pipe was broken, leaking water . Let me spend $700 for water bill. It’s really terrible experience.

I’m still waiting on items to be completed on my closing verification list. Apparently it was passed off to someone else who never reached out to us and completed anything on the list. Very annoying
