I have two items that have not been resolved. The stove had a dent, and the metal surround for the cabinet is also dented. This was noted on my final walk. I was told to contact the manufacturer, and they would handle. I told my builder this doesn't work for me. I wanted [name removed] to handle. I was told that the warrantee department would reach out. I have not heard from anyone. The black silt fence was left on the back side -yard of my property. I was told by the builder that it had to stay and he would need special permission from the city to remove. This fence is put up during construction to keep materials from blowing into other jobs or preserve area. Once CO is issued this should be completely removed. It still remains.

The move in orientation was not conducted by the site manager. Someone filled in for him and they were not familiar with our home features.

[name removed] and [name removed] made us feel completely comfortable through the entire process. They both were so genuine, knowledgeable, proactive, professional and all around wonderful to work with. We never once questioned our decision to build with [name removed] and that is largely because of them.

From the start we were treated professionally, and efficiently, the entire experience was a joy!!! [name removed] our sales consultant and [name removed] our construction Manager were both Fantastic!! We are so proud and happy with our Landsea Dream home!! [name removed] and [name removed]

Working with the construction supervisor, [name removed]. He has been very helpful and responsive to our requests. He is personable and always quick to respond to resolve problems and questions we had.
