Quality of house finishes are not good. No option of customization and things that are customizable were overpriced. House closing date was very delayed

[name removed] good thermal construction of the house. We use more heating during winter and more cooling during summer. It is not eco-friendly house even with a solar. The quality could be better like problem with grouting, painting, not working appliances, heating/cooling. Lots to list.

I like how prompt the customer service team was in addressing the claim I had. Communication was excellent as well.

What I liked was that for the most part all the contractors that came in to fix the house were very nice. What I disliked, when we first got started things were unorganized and we, the homebuyers, were made to feel like we messed up and treated poorly. Also nothing was completely after we did the walkthrough of our house. As the process went on when we had problems with the house things weren’t looked at for some XXXXX you don’t know what you’re doing/talking about reason.

There are a lot of things to repair and fix such as grouting issues, a/c issues, tile uneven, painting etc. although it is being addressed now.

I like their super modern designs! I still haven’t see anything even similar in any new developments. I also liked all the associates and staff who worked on my property and home. They all cared seriously about their professions and cared about my home as if it were their own.

Ever since we moved in we have had numerous items not working and it's getting frustrating. Appliance was not working - Stove/Oven so we couldn't cook. [name removed] wasn't working and then they installed it 2 months later as we prepared for this 2 hour orientation to learn about how to use everything and they guy just installed it and left us hanging with the door lock incomplete and didn't even teach us how to use the smart house. Garage door kept breaking and not opening causing me to be late for work several times. Painting job was horrible and incomplete. Basically everything did not work and it isnt a surprise anymore when something is messed up.

There was a pervasive lack of communication during the sales process (I had to continually ask about basic information instead of it being provided to me by my sales representative), several home features were not explained fully during the walk through or sales processes, and timing considerations were left for me to solve with respect to utilities (e.g. I had to coordinate my solar power being turned on but was not told that was the case, I was told internet was available at move in but when my provider came a week later they informed me that no lines were run to my section of the neighborhood, etc.).
