[name removed] rep was great and very helpful. When we did the walk through and showed areas needing repair,paint etc, on next walk through there were still areas with tape on them that were not addressed. Very surprised no one did a final walk before having me and having to show the same spots again

[name removed] has been quick in addressing anything that generally come up. But I am not satisfied with the build quality of the house. Also my garage makes a hell lot of noise. My friend's garage in Lennar is absolutely quite. It is also near the same price point as my house but the build quality is really good. I would have liked if the quality is notched up a bit.

Only dislike was that the individual craftsmen didn't take a lot of pride in there work and it showed. We had to have several of them come back and fix things they simply did poorly at installation. But [name removed] was amazing to work with, so responsive and easily coordinated all of those appts with our schedule.

Salesperson [name removed] was amazing, very responsive and super patient with all my questions. Same for the funding portion: [name removed] was absolutely fabulous, so thorough and kept us updated at every turn!

Our experience with Landsea homes was great. Tanner and Ryan were so good. Ryan explained me each and every stage during the build and Tanner sorted all the problems which we reported during the house problems to ensure the smooth house closing.

1. Bad/lack of communication between contractors, [name removed] and home owner. Contractors refused to complete service due to “not getting pay”. 2. Poor quality of the house

We have experienced poor air quality in the home even with an external purifier and an Ozone unit installed in each a/c unit. We are still having to replace filters once a week, and clean a white film off everything in house frequently. Our smoke alarm batteries have already all died (6 months after move in) and are getting settling cracks all over the home.

It seems like they only want to take care of things at about 10 months of living in the house. They want to take care of it all at one time, which makes sense but then the resident has to live with issues for a long time.

I am satisfied with everything just wish you could have them paint the inside of a specific home the flat white paint is torture

dislike- contractors just fail to show up on days they are scheduled which causes others to bail because we needed one to do a part first before the other could. This causes huge delays. Parts are never ordered on time. Some work orders still are not completed when personally guaranteed by managers
