It was pretty good. There were a few bumps, as is generally expected in purchasing a new house, but nothing serious, and they always responded quickly and effectively. We are very pleased with our new home.

Large leaks in our roof 6 months after build. Undersized unit for our two story house they refuse to correct. Warranty woman never answers her phone. Many electrical issues still unresolved.

This being our first time buying a new build home, I do wish we had some examples when choosing color of the home (exterior). We had colors to choose from but we kind of just chose randomly since we weren't exactly sure how the colors were going to be interpreted on the exterior. maybe with an example or using AI of some sort might help for next time.

bathroom door put on the wrong way /front door hinges are rusted out already issues with plumbing had to replace kitchen pot lights already had to replace light in microwave .had to replace light in oven.cabinet doors in master bathroom hit the glass on shower.Irrigation system in-between houses the grass is a SWAMP.

No one returns calls, workmanship is fair , doors installed backwards Windows screens are cheap and do not fit properly Bathroom tile has divots on them Water smells like sulfur

It takes a long time for someone from warranty to get back to you I had to make multiple calls about the same thing

The build of the home turned out beautifully. [name removed] and [name removed] did an awesome job with communicating and follow-up. The floors turned out wonderful. The team with [name removed] seemed very unorganized and answers were all difficult to get and answer on, constantly changing and most required [name removed]’s answer on a timeline. The design team we made a whole day of picking out designs and by next day our design consultant had left the company. Had very few conversations with design but everyone I had I was told the builders have the plans. Luckily [name removed] was great answered all of our questions at our walkthrough and helped us in anyway he could.
