Communication during the construction phase was horrible. It was very difficult to get updates from the builder or the salesmen. Contractors were not managed properly, causing long delays. Closing was not managed to the requested date, resulting in me having to pay out of pocket expenses for rate extension, lease payments, etc. Once the house closed, there were several issues that took a long time to resolve. The warranty person was nice and friendly to work with, but it took months to get issues resolved. The home has some major quality issues, with respect to paint on the interior and exterior, the tiling in the bathrooms and showers, and the walls themselves are not straight. There is already cracking in the ceiling at some wall joints. The garage floors were horrendous, however that was covered by warranty. We've had an AC issue since the very beginning, which after multiple visits has not been fully resolved.

I understand that [name removed] purchased vintage homes so therefore I was very patient when it came to my warranty claims however it has been now one year . I have never been so miserable living in a condition where my formaldinning and office wasn’t finished due to water damages leaking through the walls. My flooring hasn’t even been replaced neither my bathroom. I have a huge list of things that need to get done. The anxiety this has caused me the emotional distress of building a house and living like this is outrageous. I have been kind everytime I reached out to [name removed] never once ask for compensation living like this as a family of 6! We are also a military Family that didn’t bash [name removed] in the military community. I’m now starting to have hope it will get done as the Ceo Cetrick mc [name removed] got involved.

Warranty service seems to be nonexistent. When filing for warranty items, months, go by before contact is ever made. The warranty service representatives are friendly however, excuses are quickly given. Example, cracking, grout tile in bathrooms are said to be on claimable due to the settling of the house. When this cracking starts literally on day one, it’s not called settling it’s called poor workmanship.

Dead plant replacement; some replaced but been open item since last year. water saving toilets have been a problem.

Quality and craftsmanship is terrible for the amount of money paid for this house. Communication is horrible. Community is not being kept up to par with what was sold. Supposed to be a gated community but the gate has never been functional. On our second property manager and they refuse to address any issues or communicate.
