HOME USED WIRED HIGH SPEED INTERNET ALREADY AVAILABLE AS A SELLING POINT, AND THAT WAS NOT FACTUAL. THEY RAN WIRING FOR CABLE AND NOT HIGH-SPEED INTERNET. DRYER PLUG KEPT TRIPPING THE BREAKER WITH A WORKING DRYER. INSTEAD OF FIXING THE PLUG TO WORK WITH ANY STANDARD DRYER. THEY CAME OUT AND REMOVED WIRING FROM THE DRYER TO GET THE TRIPPING ISSUE TO STOP. IT WORKS NOW, BUT WILL I HAVE TO REMOVE WIRING FROM DRYERS FOR THE ENTIRETY OF MY TIME IN THIS HOME? ALOT OF CUTTING CORNERS, RUSHED BUYING, AND STILL NOT FIXING THINGS TO A STANDARD.

The contract experience was extremely easy. Karla was organized, scheduled walk-through/final walk-through, answered any questions I had and sent reminders. I liked being connected with S3 Home Loans. Great customer service all around for the purchase experience.
