[name removed] was always on time, professional and very helpful. You could tell his sincerity of making sure I was happy with my home and that all of my questions were answered. He has always been there to answer my call. I really appreciate his service.

I wish the house has better sound insulation. Outside can hear everything from inside and now I am looking for a company that can help with insulating the house. I love how responsive the company is with fixing and replacing items that wasn’t installed correctly.

The warranty department’s lack of follow up has been less than desirable. I’ve had to send several follow up emails, for a few different issues in order to get anything done. Our oven breaker is tripping the breaker, this is an ongoing issue but so far, [name removed] is pushing the issue off on the electricians who are stating it “isn’t their issue.” Overall, our experience with [name removed] prior to closing was incredible. After closing, not so much.

[name removed] sold us when we meet her. She presented [name removed] with great pride to sale your homes. She was so pleasant with us that we just loved her tour of your house and the way she treated us. I think if she had been different we would have had second thoughts but we didn’t she made the impression on us that we loved the area and the home . So thanks to her we bought our next home after 30 yrs of living in our first home.

We liked the sales advisor Mike Mckay, as he was very informative and did not push for the sale but rather guided us through the process. Mike was also informative, easy to reach and to communicate with, and also ensured we ended up being happy throughout the process. The construction manager (Cody) was also great, easily contactable and quick to make alternations when required throughout the building phase. And finally, the lender (Aaron) at NFM was also great throughout the process. All in all, all parties who were our main contacts made the process smooth and enjoyable.

For the most part, everything was great. We felt a little blindsided by an elevation change right after framing, but Cody and Mike made it right in the long run. Overall we had a great experience.
