The entire process was made easy thanks to sales rep [name removed] at [name removed] [name removed]. I was always kept informed by her and [name removed] (building manager). [name removed] also help facilitate the loan process, which was extremely helpful.

[name removed] offered a Best Buy package for my home which I accepted. To this day, 6 months later, and after several calls, e-mails and personal follow-ups, nothing has happened.

As for anyone from [name removed], I’ve had nothing but good experiences. The only lie I was told is that I could put a fence behind my unit and now the hoa says no. [name removed] has been great to work with and always quick to handle things.
