I really like working with [name removed] and [name removed] they made everything smooth and explain any in all questions I had I am very happy with all of the process and with Land Sea Homes.

House did not come equipped with lights, lanai or blinds Electrical issue causing no electrical to work in living room and dining areas, took over a month to fix. No type of compensation for my troubles

They haven't responded adequately to my warranty requests. The otehr day I had an appointment for a warranty issue and the [name removed] rep did not show up and didn't even call to say he was not coming. [name removed] offered a Best Buy package for my home which I accepted. To this day, 6 months later, and after several calls, e-mails and personal follow-ups, nothing has happened.

The only thing I don’t like is the HOA. I’m not sure how much input [name removed] had but I think it’s disgusting how much we are being charged. As for anyone from [name removed], I’ve had nothing but good experiences. The only lie I was told is that I could put a fence behind my unit and now the hoa says no. [name removed] has been great to work with and always quick to handle things.

The entire process was made easy thanks to sales rep [name removed] at [name removed] [name removed]. I was always kept informed by her and [name removed] (building manager). [name removed] also help facilitate the loan process, which was extremely helpful.

We, as owners and realtors were so disappointed with an accident caused by the builder to our property and we had to pay for it. No one cared about it. We won't recommend landsea to any one.

Nothing, they never have time to go and repair things, I'm almost 4 months old and I'm still waiting for a problem with the windows to be solved, in the same way the silicone in the bathroom is getting up and they never go.
