I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE RESPONSE FROM THE BUILDER. WHEN I DID HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE ANYTHING IN MY HOME THEY TOOK CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY. I WOULD RECOMMENT YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN PURCHASING A HOME FROM [name removed].

Everything has been unsatisfactory!!! Everything has been half assed from day one… the superintendent has never once walked my house after trades have performed their half assed work… beyond frustrated with the most recent events regarding a main water shut off valve that is suppose to be inside the water meter box not outside of it with own separate 4” valve box and the 2 foot deep hole never got compacted and my landscape rock returned like it was prior to be showing up! In addition I was never contacted that they were on my property trespassing before this work was performed! That is unacceptable!!! Zero response to phone calls or emails and including upper management!
