Still dealing with issues regarding the guest shower. Its been an issue since I have moved in. Haven't been able to use the guest shower or put up decore.

Over a year since moving in and still have outstanding items which were identified prior to closing…the trades that come out to “fix” stuff end up typically making things worse or creating huge messes that I am stuck cleaning up.

I’ve had multiple issues that were difficult to get it fixed. In about 6 months if living in a new built house , the amount of things that have been broken that we had to fix is insane . I’m starting to think if in 6 months that many thing are broken , what about 3-4 years later ??? Very disappointed and I regret buying this home .

I like how the inspections or maintenance updates are scheduled from the time of purchase to several years from purchase date. Also, any tickets that I have submitted were resolved very quickly.

We weren't aware that we wouldn't know when to pick up the keys til the day of closing. We are firsttime home buyers so we didn't realize that was typical and part of the process.

As a first time homebuyer, I wish they had a welcome packet, explaining everything that they did during the walk-throughs and a simple list of contacts and numbers for warranties, issues and emergencies, and utilities, companies, and services. Overall, the whole homebuying process was pretty easy with people helping me through every step, but it was a lot of different people contacting me making it a little difficult to track everything. I am satisfied with my home. 9/10

What I liked most about my experience was the quick responses from everyone affiliated with [name removed]. Specifically, [name removed] and [name removed]. They answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I also never felt I was asking redundant questions like I have in the past with other lenders.

When my 60 walk thru was schedule two weeks in a row the workers didn't show up when the painter did so up they missed a couple of things on the list there are still things to be touched up and adressed

[name removed] in the warrenty department has been phenomenal in reaching out and scheduling to have things fixed or replaced, where we have tried to handle it on our own and the companies are not willing to assist

The plumbing is very loud inside the home. We hear everything from flushing toilets to simply running sink water. The appliances are supposed to be smart but the cooktop and hood do not speak to each other and create an issue with a code violation.

Like all things new, there will be something that requires fixing due to faulty product or rapid installation. With that being said when I put in a work order I am contacted regarding either more information needed and/or time when someone will be out to fix.
