Not much to like. Everything is difficult to deal with. haven’t heard anything about my one year inspection even though its been over a year. Multiple issues found with house but no faith in anyone coming to fix it and fix it properly.

I DON’T like #1. That I’m having trouble with the flooring THROUGHOUT the SECOND floor CREAKING and making SQUEAKING NOISE EVERYTIME you walk, and was informed during walk through with [name removed] was normal but later find out the joists/subfloor wasn’t installed correctly. Then since I had the carpet replaced with GOOD carpet, I have to FOOT THE BILL AND PAY SOMEONE TO COME pull up the carpet and reinstall it WITH NO COMPENSATION from [name removed] Homes. I DON’T like #2. That the ENTIRE driveway is CRACKED in ALL the stress crack areas and it’s only 6months old and there is CRACKING in the concrete of the FRONT entryway patio ALREADY. I DON’T like #3. The front Entry door DOESNT CLOSE/SEAL properly. I DON’T like #4. ALL the places on the exterior stucco where we taped never was painted and because of the house color being Gray, the stucco patch blends in until it rains and you have DARK PATCHES ALL OVER THE OUTSIDE STUCCO where they patched and never painted. I DON’T like #5. In the SECOND floor bathroom the medicine cabinet wasn’t installed correctly and needs to be reinstalled properly. I DON’T like #6. That the artificial turf from the landscaping package WASN'T installed properly and [name removed] Homes had the landscaping people come and they took it up and just put it back down and it’s STILL FLATTENED IN AN ENTIRE LINE STRAIGHT ACROSS THE TURF. I have had to take care of other NUMEROUS items MYSELF from cracking walls above doors upstairs to adjusting doors upstairs that didn’t close to bathroom drains not installed correctly and had to replace. Towels racks weren’t installed properly and had to be reinstalled. The entryway to the master bathroom is all crooked, It looks like ALOT of SHOTTY WORKMANSHIP was put into my home and to top it off I got REALLY SOUR with LandSea Homes when they WOULDNT REIMBURSE TO TAKE UP THE CARPET AND REINSTALL IT, DEFINITELY NOT right! The customer service is SEVERELY LACKING and under these circumstances I would probably NOT buy another [name removed] product

Everyone we worked with on the team was very welcoming, and exceeded our expectations. The home is built sturdy and with quality materials. The area overall is well kept. We don't really have much to complain about. We just wish we would have been able to get the backyard landscaped before moving in. Even if it were just rocks. We're still working on that aspect.

I liked the buying experience that Landsea provided. The repair of an issue due to a lack of management when our restroom flooded, knowing there was some type of plumbing issue, was my major dislike.

The entire process from start to finish was incredibly effortless. And I have been a Closer for eight years so I am in the industry and prior to that I worked for a real estate agent so I was very impressed by [name removed] homes!

[name removed] and [name removed] were so helpful and made this first big purchase of ours so positive. [name removed] and [name removed] (the superintendents) were very thorough during our walk through as and everything that needed fixing was done asap

Contract and purchase was Excellent, everyone was great from the sales representatives to the [name removed] and the foreman. I am a little CONCERNED about the floors upstairs constantly creaking in certain areas upstairs it’s worse than others

The individual who did the final did not write down all the things we pointed out and said he would get them done - holes in the concrete fence, cracked driveway, etc. and only was worried about getting the paperwork signed so the deal would close. [name removed] has been great about getting some of the things done, but things still remain

I have had great service from everyone and the walk through and follow up with Superintendent [name removed] exceeded my expectations. He was prompt and professional and made me feel like my home and my experience really mattered. He made me feel confident in the process and that future repairs will be handled the same way. The home has some great features. My only issue would be the quality of the cabinets and baseboards/trim. I wish that was more durable. I have really enjoyed my new home so far. The Citrus floor plan is fantastic!
