Customer Care experience by [name removed] has been one of the best.....He always responded and made sure everything is taken care-off and constantly follows-up if everything is alright. He is the kind of customer care person you would want to have when you are move-in, especially when you are a first time home buyer.

There have been a few minor issues with the house, but [name removed] has been always on top of making sure everything gets taken care of. He is quick and follows up every time.

I was a little disappointed with the build quality and finishes of the home I.e scratched and counter tops, paint on carpet, holes in doors.

The lights on the 3rd floor flicker when turned on and I found this was an issue all the neighbors had

The interior painting is dreadful, and virtually all locations which were patched by the contractor are now yellowed. [name removed] has refused to repaint yellowed areas throughout, but I don't see this as maintenance issue, paint should not fail in less than a year. Water may be contaminated and exudes a strong chemical odor, [name removed] has not addressed the concern.

Some parts of my home were a little poorly built with no attention to detail. 1) Flooring 2) Carpet 3) Sliding balcony door The Customer Service provided though by [name removed] and his team has been elite! [name removed] has gone above and beyond to assist us with whatever it is we needed help with. He's attentive and you know he cares. Love having [name removed] as my go-to!
