I enjoy [name removed], our warranty rep. However, I do not enjoy the number of issues we have had to submit. Also, not a fan of the online portal as no one from [name removed]'s end seems to use it.

The quality of the carpet and finish trim and exterior details and painting and backyard landscaping is suspect at best. The overall punch walk process at closing was rushed and haphazardly completed. The amount of correspondence needed to get [name removed] to correct their issues was and is frustrating. The poor warranty turnover information has also been very frustrating. The trades [name removed] selected to build the home need to work on their warranty and follow-up.

The customer service representative, [name removed], has been extremely professional and always has a positive spirit no matter what is shared with him or how it is. The quality assurance process to push the completion of house has been extremely poor. Our home is a $900K investment and the completion of our home was rushed to close prior to month's end. There was, and still is, debris under the padding and carpet on the stairs and 2nd level of the home. The painting is subpar throughout the home. And the closet system was not executed properly. Please see our reinspection report and visit with [name removed] for addition details. Almost all of these issues should have been caught and addressed by [name removed]'s QA process. There should be financial consideration due to this on going issues for a brand new home.

[name removed] has the worst customer service among the builders that I have seen; they like to argue with customer trying to get away from the problem.

Where do I start? Quality of home? Worst contractors? Follow through? Once the house is sold they don't care

I “think” there is always room for improvement in the warranty service, to “inspect” the jobs of their subcontractors after receiving the report that they complete the jobs. Many builders fail on this part. And subcontractors choose just to be in and out and without spend time just to fill out the paperwork that jobs completed; lathe home builder like Lennar and DR [name removed] are very strict in their customer and warranty service and they have people that come back to inspect th jobs of their subs.

Service request raised were never completed on time. Even when we raised in between for couple of requests, they were closed saying will be done by the year end but not done yet

Multiple items not completed per buyer's agreement/contracts. Takes 6-12 weeks for basic coordination of completing said tasks. Poor communication between services/which task needs to be completed first to allow other jobs to be done as well.

All the service requests were being pushed to the end of the service year. The water control know provided in the bathrooms are cheap quality. They are not installed properly and look bent

There were obviously many issues with the house since it was rushed so we could close by the end of 2021, but [name removed] and team worked so hard to take care of everything. I'm so impressed and happy with everything!
