1) The mortgage officer did not clearly explain all details of the loan to us, until just before closing. 2) The work of the contractors/tradesmen was not thoroughly inspected prior to, and after our walk through 3) Many shelves in the kitchen cabinets are missing anchors 4) There are several linear cracks on the stucco finish

Buying into a community that is still under construction, can be a bit of a struggle. But I believe [name removed] has been working with the current community well. [name removed] has listened to us and resolved issues quickly. I have had a few minor issues with the home since moving in. [name removed] and the customer care team has been able to handle everything I submitted within days if not hours. They are truly a valued asset and what makes buying a brand new build worth every penny.

What I have liked so far is the willingness to tend to issues that arise. For the most part they have addressed concerns I have brought up. The lingering issues that continue are what I dislike. One major concern has been the continued issue with rodents. Since closing and moving into the home 5 months ago, we have had to take care of removing 20 field mice from our garage. While I understand having signed a rodent disclosure form informing us that we may have to potentially deal with this. It has not been a probability for us but a definite that we continue to deal with through no fault of our own. While the remaining phases in our street are pending and the lot next to us continues vacant I believe it should be the builders responsibility to better help address this issue. Before damage is caused to my home. This has not been an option afforded to me. When the concern is raised minimal actions are taken to attempt to address and I’m referred back to the disclosure form.

Thank [name removed] for the warranty. However, we don't like having to use the warranty constantly. I've had workers at my every week since I moved in, 6 months ago. The workmanship is not what I would have expected for homes of this price and based on advertising.

There are certain aspects of the home that are subpar quality like the edges of the walls are lifting off on around 50% of the corners.
