My experience was 10/10 from working with sales agent [name removed] to with the builder [name removed] it was amazing. Also worked with [name removed] mortgage [name removed] was outstanding! All questions answered and no concerns throughout the building process. I have built and bought homes in the past. This was hands down the most professional seamless process building a home no stress.

We purchased with [name removed] Homes with high hopes, eager to embark on a new chapter in a thoughtfully designed community. While we genuinely appreciate the overall design and layout of the home, our experience since closing has been far from ideal due to several unresolved issues. During our walkthrough and shortly after moving in, we identified several items that are still pending despite repeated attempts to follow up. The delays themselves have been frustrating, but what’s been more concerning is the lack of communication and coordination between [name removed] Homes and their vendors. We often find ourselves acting as intermediaries, trying to bridge gaps in updates, schedules, and next steps—something we didn’t expect after purchasing a new home from a reputable builder. Also, being told certain items are standard by [name removed] when it comes to the basic finishes such as flooring being uneven (which was pointed out during walkthrough prior to closing) and told we should let warranty know just to get us to move forward with the sale of the home. We understand that delays can happen, especially in today’s market, and we’re more than willing to work collaboratively toward resolution. However, clear communication and follow-through are critical, and unfortunately, those areas have been lacking. We understand that things may not always go as planned or that certain matters may not be of the utmost importance to you. However, effective communication is crucial compared to being left in the dark. To date, several vendors have reached out to you all directly seeking resolution multiple times, but unfortunately, no one has responded. Consequently, we’re unable to proceed with the promised repairs. My son, at one point, requested a copy of the final walkthrough (of which we never had an opportunity to sign off). He was told that it was taken care of by the builders’ boss and that we wouldn’t have to worry about it. However, prior to that, he was adamant about getting it signed by a certain timeframe and pushing for him to do it without our permission. We hope that [name removed] Homes will take this feedback constructively and work to improve post-sale customer service and communication practices. We still believe in the potential of our home and community, and we’re eager to see the outstanding issues addressed so that we can fully enjoy the experience we hoped for when choosing [name removed] Homes.

Overall, I am only somewhat happy with my home and less than that with the [name removed] [name removed] development. I had issues with understanding the options the builder picked out for the home and I was refused permission to speak to the design center. I do not like some of the choices made for me, and the kitchen faucet that was installed is not the one (which I wanted) that was listed on the options/upgrades sheet for this property. I have had some issues with the care that was given to the lawn prior to my move in and with other various home features. I was also surprised at the spartan nature of the bathrooms and the lack of towel racks, drawers, etc. I do like the design of the kitchen and I like the master shower, but I have mixed feelings about other things regarding the house design and materials. I have also had some issues getting warranty repairs done on a timely basis. Overall, I rate a 6 out of 10.

The service is been 19 days since I bought my house and is not ready it has alot a problems the ac was broken it was a leak in the ceiling and still they did not finish the repairs and I can move in is been 18 days already

Options on color combinations were limited, no computer generated rendering of options, my house was not cleaned up prior to close. That was huge for me!

Design center did not do a really good Job. I have friends and family that I actually referred to at the stores creek community and have actually closed on theirs homes. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US HAVE DIFFERENT FEATURES AT OUR HOME THAT WERE NEVER BOUGHT UP OUR ATTENTION. WE DIDNT EVEN KNOW IT WAS A OPTION. I WISH EVERYONE WORKING THERE IS ON THE SAME PAGE.

The real estate agents and homebuilder were responsive and accommodating. The only negative I would comment is in regard to NFM lending which we used to for financing. We were assigned [name removed]. It was a horrendous experience. Her and her office were incredibly unresponsive and unavailable. The only time they reached out was when they needed paperwork filled out by us. As a veteran I felt completely disregarded. I received absolutely no help in setting up my homestead exemption and I am now stuck paying property taxes that I shouldnt be paying for given my disability rating. This was brought up multiple times to erika before my closing date but nothing was done about it. I even tried calling on the day of closing and received no answers. Her and her office are the sole reason for the poor review.
