Bad news The grass was patched in the front yard yet we had a broken irrigation line that sunk the sod. Good news The home was perfect for us! [name removed] and his team were very friendly and professional and made us feel right at home. We bought the model home in Manor Texas and they treated it like it was their home! The professional attitude and consistent detail they displayed for this house made me and my wife beyond ecstatic and pleased w how everything came into place. They offered us a deal we couldn't say no to and the price was perfect. Not only did they go above and beyond our expectations, they exemplified what a sales team should mean to a buyer! Excellent job folks! We couldn't be any happier with our home! From the bottom of our hearts..thank you [name removed] and the whole [name removed] team!

Everyone that I worked with was very helpful and made the home-buying experience enjoyable. I loved getting weekly (and sometimes more) updates from the team. Overall I didn't have any part of the process that I disliked.
