We encountered a problem with our storm door, situated at the rooftop. We greatly appreciate [name removed]’s efforts in addressing this issue and procuring a replacement door for us.

The service requests have taken a long time to be addressed, with many still unresolved even after four months. When the issues are addressed, however, they are done very well by extremely proficient individuals.

[name removed] was amazing but ever since she left the communication is non existent and the little customer service I get I am not satisfied. Word is not bond. I have taken off work for nobody to show up when a rep send they would come by.

I have experienced many plumbing and electrical issues since moving in. Communication with [name removed] staff isn’t always the easiest. I wouldn’t always get a response when communicating about an issue with the home. A few times I had to follow up and at one point I just gave up trying to contact them. It’s discouraging because it makes me not want to put in a service request if I felt like something was off.

The communication from the beginning of the build process was exceptional but as the closing date came to a near, communication was terrible. Upon the first home walkthrough inspection (November 15, 2024) of the home, we discovered many deficiencies and were promised everything will be "taken care of" by closing date (November 22, 2024) which was one week from the initial walkthrough. We first discovered out of all the completed residences (202, 206, 214, 218, 222, 226) our home was the only one that did not have a garage door installed. There was no communication regarding the missing door at all until we came to the site and discovered it on our own. We expressed our dissatisfaction regarding the matter and how much it would cost any incovenience to us and having to wait on a vendor after closing date. We were told it was a common practice to have certain things installed after closing date and it would be normal. That type of mindset does not cater to the customer and it would have been better to have everything properly installed prior to closing date as opposed to after. Another major deficiency that was not addressed properly was a missing storm door along with weather stripping insulation on the rooftop deck. Rains occurred prior to anything that was installed which caused major damage to the flooring on fourth floor. A rapid response team had to assess the damage and set up fans and cordon off the area. It was also discovered that a certain metal piece of the doorway was damaged which caused water intrusion. It has been 3 whole weeks as of this writing and no remediation to the floor has been done. Every day since closing date of November 22, 2024, we had a vendor come in and remediate deficiencies throughout the home due to lack of workmanship. Some of the deficiencies included missing handles, chipped tiles, shower enclosure, windows causing water intrusion and many more. We made a total of 31 service requests due to various problems throughout the home. It has been a very frustrating experience due to waiting on their schedule. We are working people and have to accommodate their schedule in order to fix the issues they created in the first place. As of this time not all service requests have been fulfilled. As first time homebuyers, this is not the experience we wanted. This is by far the worse and stressful experience we had to go through. If we had the opportunity to leave this home and not lose any money we would take that opportunity and go back to our prior apartment and continue to lease instead. It is understandable that their are several contractors working on the home but the quality control for the entire home is lacking severely and we definitely are not satisfied and would not recommend [name removed] to anybody we know.

The entire process was riddled with issues, zero communication, closing was a mess. And now I’m with out a bathroom because of a fitting that was leaking in the wall. Which would have been caught before closing by my inspector but he wasn’t allowed in. The dropped a bogus requirement last minute and verbally made wildly inaccurate demands of the inspector.

The are several things that we did not like. The the space between the rooms and the rooftop is not very good isolated and you can hear all the furniture moving due to the wind. Also there is a leak in the second floor due to poor AC condenser installation.
