The only thing that threw me off was when I went into the sales office, the lack of providing her materials or paperwork that I could keep with me to compare to other homes, but I later understood that it was to reduce a carbon footprint, which I appreciate. I loved the flexibility of all employees to work with my schedule in order to make the closing process as efficient as possible, and the active communication was key in making all of us smooth

The sales, finance, and title teams provided excellent communication throughout the process from contract to closing. While the home appears structurally sound, it had numerous cosmetic defects. The construction superintendent was disappointing—setting unrealistic expectations, failing to follow through, and behaving confrontationally when concerns were raised. The initial and final home orientations were unhelpful, and the effort put into marking cosmetic issues felt disregarded. The superintendent's words and actions made us, the homeowners, feel pressured to sign off on unresolved defects, and feel like obstacles rather than valued customers.

The design center gal kelli was awesome. And the supervisors [name removed] and [name removed] were the best. Super responsive and seemed like they genuinely wanted us to have the best experience and have a great home with no issues.

I liked that [name removed] sent photos every step of the way and kept us informed on how the build was progressing. I am so disappointed that the island was cracked

The only thing I’m not happy with is all the paint and putty stains on the title and the carpet. I’m having a hard time cleaning it out and I should not have to do this.
