I liked how the sales agent ([name removed]) communicated with me and sent pictures at key moments during the build and how nice the construction crew was and the leader [name removed] was patient and answered our questions.

The agents/brokers were all extremely professional. They made the buying process very comfortable and enjoyable. They were on point with any questions and timely with the answers. I would especially like to think [name removed] for being there for me throughout my homebuying experience.

From the time we first went to view the Wildera model homes in San Tan Valley, AZ we immediately realized that that we made the correct choice. [name removed] was designated as our sales representative. [name removed] was extremely professional, kind and insightful making us feel valued as potential buyers. [name removed] offered incentives that were better than local competitors. Upon the start of the contract process, which started in May of 2024, we were then introduced to [name removed] who was in charge of overseeing building construction as the property was in beginning stages of the construction. [name removed]’s years of experience was vital being first time homeowner. The attention to detail and his insight during every walk-through pointing out every aspect of the home, the various stages of construction, and offer insight that would make the experience even going further to offer direct line of communication if we had any questions later. [name removed] granted unlimited access to the property during business hours and we enjoyed being able to see construction in “real-time” with the ability to have all questions asked and answered. By end of August/early September we were introduced to [name removed] through [name removed]. [name removed] then took over as the director supervising the inside construction of the home from wiring, plumbing, drywall, flooring and HVAC/appliances installation. Like [name removed], [name removed] years of experience, professionalism and customer service mindset was extremely vital during this period of construction. After [name removed] took over, it really displayed the high quality of employees that [name removed] has and the level of customer service they are able to offer potential homebuyers. In October, construction did have a set back due to water damage. We were immediately notified of the situation and was asked to visit property to access the damages in “real-time”. [name removed] did an initial 2-hour walkthrough explaining in detail what happened, the immediate issues, and what corrective actions [name removed] had in place for situations similar to our experience. While the construction disruption was being addressed, [name removed]’s communication between us, lenders and the [name removed] company was clear and constant. We Providing daily updates and best course of action going forward. We were able to bring in a third-party inspector to assure that all damages were properly corrected. “Blue tape” walkthrough was conducted a week prior to closing. There were minimal issue addressed during this process and [name removed] addressed every concern with expectations to complete before key exchange. Communication was clear and constant. Despite previous issues we were able to close on time as agreed upon by all parties. Notary was sent to us at no charge to sign documents which was beneficial to us. Overall experience was and continues to be fantastic! In San Tan Valley, [name removed] has a very solid product in the East valley. However, it was the team of [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] that have made our home buying experience streamlined, efficient and memorable. We would highly recommend [name removed] to future homebuyers and look forward to the expansion of the Wildera community.

Dislike - Closing date got pushed back due to water meter not getting put in on time. Which cause home inspection to get pushed back to the day before closing. I was ensured everything on the list would be taken care of and no one has reached out to get those items taken care of. It has been a hassle to try and get ahold of someone to get these things addressed and a lot of them are still not taken care of, after I was reassured that it would get done even though it is after close. A little disappointing.
