All materials used were cheap and really bad quality. Even with the upgrades we made they still really bad quality.

All in all I don’t have any complaints other than in the beginning about the screen for my lanai and speaking with the young lady and she would give me a date and time when someone was coming and I would travel back there from New York to be told a half hour before the end time that she has to reschedule because of some reason or another and it went on numerous times, I drive there not fly so that’s time and money spent for it to be wasted not saying I don’t mind coming back but I was doing so for a reason then she wouldn’t speak to me because of my frustrations with her.

I felt as though the builder and warranty people were not able to help with many issues we had post closing.

I have many things that should have been corrected during the closing that still needs to be corrected.

The quality of walls and using plastic pipe in plumbing is not good. The construction material is cheap. As soon as I touch the wall the color disappear.

The service request takes too long to complete. For example to changing my Window took almost 6 months. The leakage from bathroom door took 5 months.

Communication is subpar via web, text & phone. There is lack of engagement and commitment from your team. [name removed] holding your business partners / suppliers accountable.

[name removed] warranty service and customer care is probably the worst that I've come across and I've dealt with Lennar so that is saying something. [name removed] is the worst possible person that [name removed] could rely upon to provide customer service. He is loud, argumentative and very aggressive. Speaking to him during the walk though and post his 'warranty presentation' we came away with the impression that has incentivized him to terrify new home owners enough that they don't make warranty claims. He kept saying we will do warranty service 'once as a courtesy' for anything and everything that we asked about. [name removed] has single handedly made us not refer any of our friends to buy [name removed] homes. It seems [name removed] is so terrified of standing behind their own product that they had to employ and incentivize a bully as a warranty manager. I had sewer backup on day 1 and was told to wait for a plumber for 2 days and to get it fixed. I have 2 toddlers, should a new home owner live with a sewer backup for 2 days? When I asked for atleast a clean up I was told I'd have to do it myself because that is not covered under warranty! WHICH COMPANY IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WILL TELL A BRAND NEW CUSTOMER, ONE THAT PAID A HALF A MILLION DOLLARS FOR THEIR HOME, TO CLEAN UP A SEWER BACKUP THEMSELVES? If [name removed] cannot stand behind their own product let alone empathize with new home owners on the mess that [name removed]'s contractors created, then you should close your shop and find something better to do with your time. We referred multiple friends to Dream home finders just because of the warranty experience even though they are way behind on their build promises so that is how much 1 [name removed] is costing you, think about it before you employ more bullies in 'customer service'
