The only negative episode was a call I received from a sales manager who rather rudely informed me that a parking gate motor was not included in my purchase package, so I had to send a copy of my sales contract. , which made me think that there was a bit of a mess in the Sales department.

The Company had my Closing date before the agreement date and l had 2 different seller to my home which brought inconveniences from our agreement with the previous seller.

Purchase experience was fine however the day I signed many things that were to be completed during second walk through still had not been. The home had not been cleaned and within 2 months of moving in the second bathroom upstairs leaked throughout my ceiling in the kitchen ruining my kitchen ceiling. It has yet to be fixed with promises that it will be taken care of. Called the warranty company as directed and was advised they would not take the repair request. It had to come from the builder. It has been a poor experience since moving in and again nothing has been corrected/cleaned/repaired and I am down a bathroom in a brand new home. Unacceptable

There was no garage opener,some other home buyers got refrigerators even they had smaller homes but I didn’t, I was not informed until my walk through session

We really enjoy the house and the neighborhood. The construction manager [name removed] was very friendly. Getting the keys was smooth and the paperwork was easy. What we have issues with was the closing experience. We had several things on our final walkthrough that were not addressed. We attempted to communicate over email with our sales representative and basically did not get responses. I was able to contact some of the construction personnel and finally received an update. However, our windows were measured over a month ago, and they are still not fixed. Our counters from before closing have also not been fixed. Worst of all, we brought up some electrical issues up on the walkthroughs and were given assurance that it was not something to worry about. Now just over a month later our washer and disposal do not work because of an electrical issue. This is a huge inconvenience. The issues we have had really do not make us comfortable with recommending to friends and family. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication, after purchase we feel like we do not matter anymore.

No enough info about warranties until the walk in, also the appliance promised to me supposed to be Silver Stainless Steel and I receive Black ones and also never offer me a Solution for that. I had to buy the Silver Appliances and the black ones now rest in my Living Room. At the the end of the date I thing your representative never went over the details of the house with me an Told me that the finishes of the house is going to be the same as the one I saw and of course at the end it wasn't the same.

Lie all the time. I waiting for the day to sell this house ! [name removed] information about the community! If I know there’s rent house at the same complex I’ll never buy house here , even when I know about that , I asked [name removed] she said the rent house is start from the street after me for 75 house. But I surprised when I seen the side street too for rent !! And she said the house rent is not cheap is $2750 per month, but the real is $1750 for 3 bid means the hose rent is cheaper than the 2 bedroom apartment.

I like how responsive they were, how clean construction was, I don’t like that I have to mail a letter to request my pool keys they should of give it to me since the beginning.

It was fine process however in the end after closing, I had to reach out to Legend team again and again for pending items to be completed. I still don't have pool access. Communication can be improved!

Although the information was provided upon request, it would have been nice to have been given contact information pertaining to utilities for the subdivision. Otherwise, my salesperson was helpful in keeping me informed of the status of my home. She sent me photos and video at different stages. I was also able to see the home in person. I was able to get a closing date that worked for me. Any questions that I had were answered cheerily. During the walk through sessions before closing, the builder answered my questions and addressed concerns that were identified. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
