Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

From Contract to move in was an easy smooth experience, [name removed] made us feel very welcome , addressed all our questions, went above and beyond for some issues, handled the negotiation with the builders really well. [name removed] from maintenance is easy to get a hold of and will address our needs accordingly. We love our home and we are glad to have made the choice . Thank you Century Communities!

Loved all the upgrades and quality of work in the home. Most people from sales , contractor , customer service and SunRun were easily approachable and contactable. Customer service has been amazing. I only saw the property during the day while people were at work. After taking ownership the parking situation was extremely tight in the garage area. There is not enough parking on premise. Police are strict also and giving tickets for parking in the red zones. People park in front of their garage. The streets are small so people many times have to back out all the way down the street. If a person uses the garage for storage or has a truck they have to park in front their of there garage . This is the street……. You get two cars that park like this near each other and many people have to back out all the way down the street to get out because they can’t turn around or have an exceptionally hard time getting out of their garage. I would not buy this property if I had known that form the start. Not happy with the confusion caused by telling the buyer that solar hook up was 4-8 weeks or more after I closed. This came from the sales dept at Emberwood the contractor, the Emberwood customer service rep and especially SunRun. I am thinking I had to get PTO( permission to operate and pull permits) ( so very confusing) This caused me multiple phone calls to the city,and a detailed email to who I thought could help with no response. This was made worse by a contact from SunRun who emailed and texted me about calling a “one stop shopping “ phone number with the city. Finally I called utilities company and they told me all I had to do was ask for hook up if service for the solar.

i did not like that the financing person [name removed] tried to sell me a buy down option that she said would be paid or by the seller but really she meant that it would come out of the $70,000 incentive that i had other plans for. in addition, she was basically telling me if i pay $14,000 up front, then i wont have to pay it over the next 2 or 3 years. i thought she was an honest broker but felt like she was just trying to cheat me in the end.

From the very beginning of the home-buying process, [name removed] was incredibly helpful and professional. She took the time to show me the house, patiently answered all of my questions, and guided me through every step of the application process. Her support made what could have been a complicated experience feel much more straightforward and manageable. [name removed] from Inspire Loan was equally supportive throughout the financing process. He explained each step clearly, helped me navigate the loan requirements, and worked diligently to secure the necessary approvals. His responsiveness and guidance gave me confidence during an important part of the journey. [name removed] from the Maintenance team was outstanding as well. He was always available to answer any questions I had about the house, addressed all of the pending maintenance items promptly, and ensured that everything was taken care of before closing. His willingness to help and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Overall, my experience throughout the entire process was very positive and satisfying. I appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and teamwork demonstrated by everyone involved, which made purchasing my home a smooth and pleasant experience.

[name removed]. She is just AMAZING. She is such a delight to interact with and she always looks fabulous! Her knowledge is great and she was always checking in with me to ensure I was informed and had no questions or issues. She did not pressure me at all which is a major discouragement from other representatives in other companies. She engaged with me in a way that told me, without using words, that she knows she represents a great company and the homes are high quality and that gave her an ability to radiate such a high level of confidence and it gave me even greater level of confidence that I was in a good place. I absolutely loved working with [name removed] and her team here at Rustic Meadows. The day she must go work elsewhere will be a bitter sweet one for me.

[name removed] is a great dude that was very helpful in getting us settled with last minute repairs ( which were minimal). [name removed] and [name removed] were great as well, constant communication from them. Collectively great team and would definitely have friends and family work with them as well if they are in the market.

Liked: I appreciated how everyone was so helpful throughout the entire process and how quickly they responded whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Their communication and support made the home-buying experience much smoother and less stressful. Disliked: The amount of paperwork that needed to be completed was the most challenging part of the process. While I understand it’s a necessary part of buying a home, it was time-consuming and sometimes overwhelming.
