I disliked that despite the offer of $12,000 in incentives, they only would give up to a certain point and would not let the remainder be used towards things such as a fence or appliances. Other builders do.

Sale consultant was very helpful she answered all our questions and help to make sure everything was getting done. After inspection everything was fixed and ready for closing day. After we were in the toilet started to leak and some other small problems they were fixed right away.

Seems like some of the smaller details of the home were not up to par, the drier vent was only 2 inches from the bottom of the inlet and I had to fight to get the duct on, the squares for the water in the laundry room and bathrooms were left unsiliconed so every time they get bumped they fell off; I added adhesive, and it’d be nice to have an access ladder to the attic. Also, no fans… I will be installing a few shortly. Other than that, the home is easily a 9/10 and the location is also great.

I liked how everything was well communicated. All questions I had were answered quickly with detailed responses. All issues located during initial walk through were fixed and not even noticeable by the final walk through.
