From contract through move-in, my experience purchasing a Century Complete home was very positive. [name removed] was phenomenal before, during, and after the purchase. She was highly knowledgeable about the homes she works with and always responded promptly to any questions or issues I had. Her communication and support made the entire process smooth and far less stressful.

So many in depth documents and ways to get them that I’ve never heard of and I had another mortgage prior, I also didn’t like how century twisted my arm in order to get me to use their lender instead of a lender I already had previously

While the home itself meets expectations, the purchasing experience was disappointing due to marketing discrepancies that were not honored. The price advertised on the builder’s website did not match the purchase agreement, and advertised pricing was not honored. Additionally, website advertising led us to believe we were locked into a fixed interest rate, but later we learned it was actually an ARM, which was not clearly disclosed. Despite escalation attempts by my realtor, we were told nothing could be done, leaving us feeling undervalued. For such a significant purchase, clearer communication and honoring advertised terms would have made a meaningful difference in the overall experience. On a positive note, we had a washer issue over the Christmas holiday, and [name removed] went above and beyond to address it promptly, staying in contact and providing timely updates all while on vacation. [name removed] was helpful, informative, and welcoming during our initial walkthrough. [name removed] was very responsive throughout the process, though he frequently referenced this survey during our conversations. It’s also noteworthy to mention [name removed], our loan officer provided great customer service and was very informative as well.

The sales process was difficult to navigate through. For most of my journey of purchasing the home, I didn't have a sales representative. And so construction updates, questions regarding closing times, and all the other correspondence that naturally arises between buyer and seller was very strained and difficult to get answers to. The financial aspect with my loan officer, [name removed] was a breeze, as she was very communicative. My construction manager, [name removed], has been a pleasure to work with and she's been very communicative. It was just the sales process where I fell through the cracks.

The overall experience great, however, the contractor did not do a final walk through of the home to make sure it was in top condition before bringing me, the buyer, into the home for my final walk through. We had to get the contractor and sub-contractor back out to the site/home to complete some things that should have been completed prior to closing.

Let's be really clear here. Your sales rep hindered the entire process. He was unresponsive, unknowledgeable and only active when I stepped in to get the regional on the line. He couldn't get basic addendums done for our names NOR could he figure out how to use docusign. It was pathetic. Then I'm the quarterback trying to make the deal happen while your title company were sitting on their hands. It was pathetic and I shouldn't have had to deal with that for my THIRD CENTURY HOUSE in three years.
