Everything was a bit stressful, but in the end, it was worth it because nothing in life is easy. If you keep persisting, it will be worthwhile, as I experienced during my first time. It was a little challenging, but ultimately worth it. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, compassionate, and professional.

Loved working with [name removed] (for building inspections and repairs) as he was very careful to ensure that we are satisfied with the property. Having a hard time with the HOA (already) in keeping up with THEIR responsibilities during the transition.

This is our first time buying a home. During the loan application I felt devalued, we were sent so many disclosures statements to sign, however, we now understand it was the procedure to lock in the rate and make sure we had the finances in order. On the day of Closing, we signed the documents but were asked to leave and come back later because all the documents were not ready. During move in, the other property under construction next door, the water from that property came into our garage. We understand these things happens but it is a learning process and we are thankful for our new home.

I loved the speed at which everything went. I didn’t always know who to call or who would be contacting us, though. Everything ended up fine, but some of our questions were answered with “someone will get in touch with you.” They did, so that was fine, but part of the reason I let it all be was because I was so busy with life and work I just didn’t have time to press for more details. It would have been nice to have been given a binder or folder of some kind with all of the contact information for our team. We also discovered when we were almost at closing that there was no garbage disposal in the home. If I had realized that, I would have asked for one to be installed prior to closing. It never occurred to me that there might not be one. However, I do appreciate the team working with us and giving us the appliance package, as well as landscaping the backyard. That is very much appreciated and it made the sale.
