[name removed] took his time to walk with me around the house and showed me everything. He has assured me if an issues arise he can be contacted for any questions and has informed me multiple times that I basically have him for a year to come out and make repairs. He truly takes pride in his work.

Century Homes has been an amazing company to work with. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. The builders were easy to talk to and always made sure I felt comfortable asking questions. They took the time to walk me through demonstrations, explain everything clearly, and kept in consistent contact throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find contractors who communicate this well and genuinely care about the quality of their work. I highly recommend Century Homes to anyone looking for dependable, skilled, and personable general contractors!

We disliked that our closing was pushed back by eight days. They told us about the pushback after we had already locked in the sale of our previous home, so we had a 15 day gap between closings, and we have four children and four pets. We ended up paying $700 in pet boarding fees and having to stay with family an hour and a half away while still being back in our city every day for work and church activities. It was very expensive in gas and it was very hard on our kids (especially the baby) to spend so much time in the car and to not have a routine for so long.

I thought the appliances like the fridge, washer and dryer to be a bit more upgraded. They were fairly basic.

I liked that we were able to tour the other homes while ours was being built to be able to measure and make notes. I also liked that the property manager was present many times when we visited to answer questions and show us around. It was a seamless process to reserve the home and all questions were answered prior to closing. We have been checked on multiple times following closing the ensure all is well with the home and that everything was explained thoroughly with all of the smart home details.

The one thing that I didn’t like about the experience is that I was never told that the driveway for my building would be much shorter than the others on the same street. The lots are all mostly the same size but since there’s some decline/pit in the back of my building, the driveway is shorter. It makes sense why they had to move it up further but I wish I was told so I could have maybe picked a different unit and paid more. It barely fits one car. I wish I was told this ahead of time since I didn’t know about this at all until I visited the site once the frame was up.
