The contract up until move in was good. It was after we actually got the keys. I believe this build was rushed. I look at other houses that are newly built and not yet sold. I could tell a lot was left out from my home exterior. The first bump was the bathroom leak- which was fixed and carpet was removed. The gaps in the doors- which was fixed with this black sticky filler. A lot of cosmetic errors- eyes sores. Currently the floor has multiple areas of glue residue- the builder rep came by and tried to remove it with goof off but there’s still many areas. He did leave the can so we can get areas but this shouldn’t be the case. The shower head sprayed against the wall. Gaps between baseboards and flooring. Corner beems paint is just flaking off. Too many eyes sores to see in a new home.

Prior to moving in I was told the entrance to the driveway would be taken care of. It did not happen until the day I had the closing walk through, and it could have been done better. Also I was told the yard would have been cleaned of weeds, left over construction debris, etc. It was not done.
