He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to answer any questions I had throughout the home-building process. Any concerns or issues that came up were addressed promptly and thoroughly. [name removed] was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of quickly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of my new home. He also did an excellent job explaining the home’s features, warranty coverage, and maintenance recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. It’s clear that [name removed] takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about homeowner satisfaction. His attention to detail, communication, and commitment to making sure everything was done right made the entire experience much smoother. I highly recommend working with [name removed] and appreciate all the support he provided throughout the process.

I didn't understand initially the buying process and that we had to act online to get a home. We missed out on a couple opportunities before we go plugged in.

I like the technology how easy it is to access the model homes but everything was very impersonal. When I bought the home I was hoping to get a greeting from them or a picture infront of the home I never really spoke to century complete just my realtor

Them knowing the horrible water quality here it would be very helpful if they would have put the softener loop in by the waterheater instead of me having to come up with the solution.

I would have loved to have met the sales associate who texted me. During closing at the century studio, I would have loved someone to have come out and greeted me. That part felt strange. Other than that, my experience was wonderful!

The entire notarization process was seamless, and the notarized team worked incredibly well together. This smooth experience was made even better with the support of our real estate agent, [name removed] from Real Estate One, who was always there to guide and assist us every step of the way. We also want to highlight Property Engineer [name removed], who delivered an outstanding home tour experience. His attention to detail and thorough explanations gave us full confidence in our new home and made the walkthrough both informative and reassuring. Overall, the teamwork, professionalism, and smooth coordination made this process stress-free and truly enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
