The Construction Manager [name removed] is great, he made sure to explain everything n details and answer all our questions. The Title Company was a little unorganized and delayed in responding to emails but eventually came through.

Most liked thing was my representative meeting me to tour my home and teach me about how to take great care of our home. Least liked thing has been the temperature of our hot water, we would like it to be warmer and plan to work with our representative to achieve this.

Builder [name removed] was great, He kept all his promises and handled everything with a smile on his face. The process of buying the house was easy. The only problem is that the air conditioner's air duct is inside the house and there is an incredible noise, Insulation should have been done here. Thanks

We are satisfied with the purchase for the most part but when we moved in we noticed that some basic things were missing such as a toilet paper holder and a place to put a towel in the bathroom. Also, there is not like a separate light for the kitchen; you basically have to turn on all the light in the living room in order to have light in the kitchen as well.

Everything was great besides the well water contamination that stopped us from closing on time. It was remedied though by century! Though we were promised a final walk through of our home for cleaners but no one cleaned at the end. Other than that everything else worked out so far.

I like that Century Complete takes the house you picked out off the market (pending) so you don't have to worry about someone else getting it until you can see if you qualify.

My contact with builder rep was great. The excitement of buying a home was great and you kind of overlook small details. Now that I am in my home, there are challenges and details I didn’t think about. I am happy with my home overall.

In general things went smoothly and everyone was helpful. One thing I would say for the team would be customers need to know ahead of closing they will need to set up their own mail box and set up their mail with the post office. I currently still am not recognized through the post office while it’s processing.

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and easy to communicate with. From the lender to the builder, I was very impressed with the customer service. The only thing I was not too excited about was that our home was not ready until several hours after closing. [name removed] was very apologetic and worked to get it completed as soon as he could. Still having a few issues with electric but everyone has been very helpful with that process as well. I never feel like I am getting the run around. Constantly in communication. This is very appreciated.
