I loved how hands-on they were throughout the purchase. They were always there to answer questions—even the construction manager, [name removed], was amazing. I think older individuals who aren't computer-savvy may find it harder to complete everything online.

Communicating with lots of different people throughout the process was slightly confusing. We also didn’t get sod until a few weeks after move in so the mud was not great. We also didn’t get sprinklers provided which has been a challenge. The home is beautiful and well made. Our builder has been awesome at communicating as well.

Love the commitment of the teams. Sales team and the lender team were both great. Always kept communication with us throughout the process and they worked really hard to accommodate our request of closing date which made a tremendous difference for us and we truly appreciate it.

From the moment we signed our contract it was smooth sailing. We paid cash for our home & were able to close within a couple of weeks or so. The builder incentives were absolutely amazing & saved us so much money. Century offers beautiful, quality homes at an affordable price! They situated the home so beautifully giving us a view that allows us to watch the sunset over the mountains every evening. We couldn't be happier!

The experience of buying a home and moving is stressful. The overall process with Century and their employees make it easier however a little more communication would be helpful.

The only reason this deal went through at all is due to [name removed] getting involved and going well above and beyond her duties to ensure everything worked out. Whatever you are paying her, it is not enough. Dislike communication between sales representative and us, and some miscommunication when we did hear from him. [name removed] is amazing, but it seems as though some of the sub-contractors are not the best, issues like the clothes washer not installed correctly leading to flooding, concrete not being level leaving a gap between the floor and garage door and other minor issues have this move in stressful. [name removed] and [name removed] both are working tirelessly to correct all these issues. [name removed] in regional leadership was also very attentive and took customer service to the extreme to rectify miscommunications and issues.

My personal experience went okay. When it came to communicating with [name removed] I personally had a difficult time there was basically zero communication between her, myself, and my realtor. We reached out multiple times and she wouldn’t reach out the day of when we needed certain documents.

The Builder [name removed] was amazing he took his time to show us around the house and how everything works he also took time in showing us how to change filters and the water heater how to clean it . He made us feel very welcomed to century and to the home

I didn’t like that the HOA price increased or that I was not told in advance there would be a new owner fee for the HOA especially considering there won’t be any future amenities in the community.
