The loan process was awful the people did not communicate and messed up our documents most of the time. But other then that everything was great, everyone was helpful and treated us like family

A couple of years ago I was working with a realtor and the process seemed tedious and at the time didn't feel confident moving forward with a purchase. This time around, the process started by browsing realtor.com like I often have done and out of curiosity I contacted the Century Complete agent, Ms. [name removed], with the intention to inquire about options and was encouraged to visit actual homes for sale. I applied, did not qualify but was provided with an alternative option, was then approved, signed documents, and received keys in a matter of weeks. I am honestly still in shock of how efficient and rather simple the process was. I have already forward contact info to family and friends and am sharing my experience pretty much everywhere I can. Thank You for being part of this first time home buyer experience. Mr. [name removed] is a delight to work with, great personality, attentive, and thorough with his presentations. I appreciate the continued follow up with us regarding the move in and settling in and feel that he set us up for success by providing contact info for the various entities regarding the home (warranties, contractors, etc.) I am highly satisfied with the entire process up to this point and feel confident moving forward enjoying our "Casa de [name removed]" Thank You for the opportunity to share my experience with Your team.

I loved every aspect i felt confident throughout the entire process and if i had to pick something to dislike. It’s not something you all can control but our yard due to the weather is still dirt.

I liked how fast and efficient the Team was on getting me into the home, the area is perfect, I didn’t not like the paint job flat white is awful! And the quality of the paint job was horrible otherwise I feel it was a great purchase.

I moved into a home without all appliances that were supposed to be there by close and had no answer about them for a couple of weeks. Communication in my area is rough due to the people who run my area stepped up for somebody who I guess was fired so they are picking up slack and still trying to operate in their own area so I commend the staff but communication all around seems to need work, and the builders rules in terms of inspections and other little things differ from other builders it seems sketchy at first and as a first time home buyer I learned a lot from the methods used and methods other builders use when trying to convince a buyer to close.

My first loan officer was not the nicest. The second thing is at closing, it was a lot of confusion with only a notary there to explain. My first closing experience was not the best.
