Very pleased with [name removed] and him helping us when we requested things get fixed. The closing date was a bit rushed but I was able to submit all documents and have everything ready by the re-adjusted closiing date.

All Century employees dealt with were great, [name removed], [name removed]. Very easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable on any questions asked, etc. Inspire Home Loans is a not a great company to deal with, very poor communication, very unclear on any details needed for the home buying process. All Inspire staff were very nice and pleasant to deal with, but I had to reach out to my Crntury sales rep multiple times to get Inspire to contact me back, I personally do not recommend Inspire home loans to anyone looking to buy a house.

Like: working with SteveM., [name removed] and [name removed]: this went FAST: [name removed] gave me hope from day 1- that I could qualify. [name removed] eased my mind re: being able to get this house even if I was a few dollars short; so that gave me comfort. All 3 were always available and should get a bonus and maybe a couple days off for being such great team players. Dislike: Parkway Title- I am still considering sending a complaint to Licensing of the state/or their corporate office. Notary, [name removed], and supervisor involved were poor; not answering questions; Notary was dishonest. Questions re: TITLE will be answered thouroughly.

Everything was seamless and easy as possible. [name removed] and [name removed] helped with the looking at the home and resolving all issues that came with the home. All while [name removed] helped on the backside of getting us all the information needed for the contract side. It was all moving at a very efficient pace. 10/10 overall experience

We were kept "in the know" with our build process mostly by driving past the site. The tracker on our Century account did not stay up to date and the updated emails from our realtor seemed to come after we had already seen the progress ongoing from driving past.
