It was mostly an online experience, so miscommunication possibilities or seeking clarification was through email exchanges. Most responses were fairly timely, however. My point of contact with century complete was [name removed], who has been terrific.

I love the house and the layout, I did not like the fact that during last walk through, the painters and cleaning people were there the same day when we were told everything was supposed to be done prior to that day.

I had a great experience with my loan officer [name removed] as well as my building manager [name removed]. They were both extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or issues that came up. Our Salesperson, [name removed], was also extremely helpful.

I received very poor and dishonest communication about build status and timeline of the build. My move in date was moved 4 times over a 6 week period. There was no welcome packet to help explain the utilities companies and who I had to call, so it left me calling around to find out where I had to signup for services. Lastly we were told that Century was contracted with Spectrum for Internet. However, we were never told that the completion of install was not completed and that they are still working to get lines laid into the community. I had to call Spectrum Construction for them to tell me that once Century completes the installs of up to 49 homes and pays their bill, then Spectrum will allow scheduled installs to the homes. It’s been just very poor and disappointing communication for this community. Would you recommend a friend or family knowing how we were treated with this type of communication.
