We noticed lots of mess up with paint. And some scratches on tubs and showers. What we liked most is [name removed] our loan officer and [name removed] that was our realtors

The experience was very easy and simple for me. Being all online made it easy to do and look through, and even better to do it at my own pace. The only con to it being online is i didn’t have as much help from my realtor. With it being my first home I didn’t know a whole lot about what i was signing and the details. Maybe that’s a realtor issue. But luckily i was able to figure everything out and it ended up being a great experience

Century Complete kept us updated on every step of the buying process. [name removed] did our walk thrus and was amazing. His concern and care on repairing anything we found wrong was outstanding. His professionalism and dedication really impressed us. He repaired any issues we found in a faster than expected time frame. He answered all of our questions either in person , phone or by text immediately. On one occasion, his assistant [name removed] was with him and he also was outstanding. We appreciate the professional care we are receiving.

We had a few issues with the house from the inspection that were cleared up immediately, but we found some issues on our own which were slow to get resolve. In particular, an issue with the HVAC system that took a lot of pushing to get it addressed, was troublesome.

We disliked that when we closed they had moved location and the office was dirty and had no furniture to sit on, we stood around for hours. We should’ve closed at the home we weee buying since it was at least clean.

The wall paint is very sensitive. Even a slight scratch from any solid material it will create a black mark/scratch

[name removed] (Sales) and [name removed] (Building Supervisor) were amazing from the first time we walked the model, through the final sale, and and recently through the completion of our "punch list" on our new built home. [name removed] was always available to answer our questions or help us gain access to the model, through the on-line process of getting the lot number we desired. [name removed] was always so professional, courteous, and reassuring during the building process. He was also always available to us and worked hard to gain and keep our trust from start to finish. My Dad was a realtor for over 30 years and my brother was a builder for over 30 years so I'm very familiar with the profession and have a high expectation for excellence. Both [name removed] and [name removed] met those expectations and exhibited excellence in all areas of customer service.

I was disappointed in how hard it was to enter the home again after placing a hold on it. We were originally told it was ready and would close in about 3 weeks, unfortunately there were some delays but that can happen in new builds.
