Items pointed out during the walk through were not completely repaired. Doors in home where not painted on the top and bottom and sides. When pointed out to the builder, was told he would send in the painters to paint those items. They came in a did one brush stoke of paint on some of the doors. The entrance door through the garage had two different keys and one did not work. Took a week to get a new lock put on the door. However, to this date I am still unable to lock the top deadbolt lock because the door in unaligned. The construction manager told me he will come by and fit the problem. Prepares this week it will be fixed. Areas around the floor in the HVAC room is not trimmed leaving opening around room for insects or rodents to enter.

The purchase process was fantastic, easy to navigate, and the team was very helpful. Unfortunately, our excitement has been overshadowed by the move-in experience. We have spent the last five weeks with almost constant disruption due to repairs, and we are disappointed that so many issues were present upon move-in. While some employees have been beneficial and are just as frustrated as we are with the slow pace, it is discouraging to be only halfway through our list of repairs. We are trying to be patient, but we are ready for these issues to be resolved so we can finally enjoy our new home.
