Out initial salesperson was outstanding! He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Our closing agent...not so much.

Contract part was good, but the move-in was definitely not. The walk-through was a chaotic mess - the house was dirty inside, the landscaping wasn't done. The house exterior wasn't even painted till 2 days before the scheduled walk-through. There was a woeful lack of communication regarding our walk-through. The onsite managers were not prepared for our arrival; however, they did try their best to rectify the situation, and apologized for the mix-up. [name removed] and [name removed] have been very attentive to each and every item on our punch list of things to be fixed (and there were a number of items.) The thing we were most disappointed in was the sloppiness of the trades - numerous messes and dirt that nobody took the time to clean up.

This is a tough one... can't think of anything that was "bad".. nothing is perfect but I must say overall the process was seamless.

Most of the process was easy and helpful. We had a problem getting answers toward the end trying to get some of the paperwork done for closing. Not all of it was century’s fault but I had to be pretty persistent to get some answers when needed.

The initial interaction with the online sales could have been better executed. Meaning when I put my name on the interest list, I was not contacted until the day before the homes went on sale. It would have been nice to have more notice. Everyone we were in contact with after that was great.

It started off great, everyone was on the same page. It was once it started getting closer to the Closing day is when, I was adamant about receiving HOA information (which is still in the air at this point), was given everyone's phone number/email that does not reach anyone. The other issue was with the loan process. [name removed] understand the week before closing is when we all information is asked for the underwriter, the information that were being asked for, were in tandem with items that were sent a month prior, which caused me to pay more money out of pocket at closing. While it was not much out of pocket, it was an inconvenience when we were told nothing will be needed out of pocket. I have noticed there was lack of communication as well to know what was going on.

[name removed] was fantastic and was able to answer questions and provide me with decision making information while I was 7 hours away from the house being built. I was able to have accurate information that correlated to how I viewed the house. Big thank you to [name removed].

The sales rep. He pretty much excluded our agent in about 90 percent of the correspondence unless pushed and never sent her a copy of the contract for her to look over so we could discuss it. For the most part the only way she knew anything that was going on was after I forwarded the emails to her. It just seemed like everything was push to get it done from a contract standpoint. We felt like if we didn't sign right now someone else was ready to buy it.
