Repairs that were made were rushed. Several items weren’t repaired as promised prior to closing. Currently have concrete dusting issues, and Century is refusing to provide a permanent solution.

There was not a single person there at all!! Made us a bit scared to buy the house but we looked your company up and went on to purchase the home! It would be nice to at least have someone on the final walkthrough to give a small gift and take photos. The experience just felt cold and corporate like, very remote

[name removed] was very responsive from the first call I made and even after I moved in. She provided me with all of the information I asked for (I ask a million questions) immediately. Of ALL the questions I asked, she always had an answer on the evenings, weekends and even vacation. [name removed] my Superintendent was on top of the minor issues that arose during the final walk through- minor ones- door paint touch ups, dent in the drywall from the appliance delivery was handled immediately. The two ladies are absolutely amazing at what they do. They handled my personality and sense of humor like seasoned veterans dealing with a very picky gay man!

I am extremely satisfied with the work of the sales department; however after I moved in, I had, and still have, trouble getting responses from the builder’s representative concerning an appliance that was promised and has not yet been delivered. I am very happy with the home itself so far.
