I loved the speed at which everything went. I didn’t always know who to call or who would be contacting us, though. Everything ended up fine, but some of our questions were answered with “someone will get in touch with you.” They did, so that was fine, but part of the reason I let it all be was because I was so busy with life and work I just didn’t have time to press for more details. It would have been nice to have been given a binder or folder of some kind with all of the contact information for our team. We also discovered when we were almost at closing that there was no garbage disposal in the home. If I had realized that, I would have asked for one to be installed prior to closing. It never occurred to me that there might not be one. However, I do appreciate the team working with us and giving us the appliance package, as well as landscaping the backyard. That is very much appreciated and it made the sale.

It didnt seem like the under writers were on the same page. I got asked the same question by multiple people. My realtor had to fight tooth and nail to get a fridge installed. We saw a washer and dryer and a fridge installed at another property but was told they do not come with the home. Luckily, my realtor was able to secure a fridge for me.

I liked the convenience of touring the property on my own by using the electronic keypad. I could enter the property without having an agent or realtor present. Century Communities made the purchase of the property an east experience.

We like the floor plan and the lot. We dislike the size of the garage, our inability to choose the interior paint and cabinets, and downstairs flooring has streaked spots.
