From the moment I entered the home, I loved that a young lady was there to answer any questions or concerns I had. I also really appreciated [name removed], the site manager. He is very knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns about the house, which made the entire process much more comfortable. I also love all the extra appliances I received as a part of my purchase, it was a wonderful bonus and added great value to my new home. The only thing I wish had been included is a shower door in the primary bathroom. However, that's a very minor issue, and I understand that you can't have everything exactly the way you want. Overall, I've had a great experience and am very happy with my new home.

The things we notes during the walkthrough as needed touch ups or repairs were either not done at all or were three weeks late based on when we were told it would be done. Scheduling the repairs was also a nightmare seeing as we would take off time from work to let the workers in and they wouldn’t show up to our appt. Our loan officer through your company also XXXXX ed

The inability to customize any facet of the house has caused a great financial burden after the completion of my home, as my elderly mother-in-law requires accessibility items that could have been included in construction instead of incurring tens of thousands of dollars of additional debt to tear out and replace items that we never wanted and she cannot use safely.
