The home-buying journey itself was very similar to most experiences, but what truly stood out for us was how hassle-free the paperwork process was. [name removed] from Parkway Title Co. deserves special recognition—her instructions were extremely clear, organized, and easy to follow. The entire notarization process was seamless, and the notarized team worked incredibly well together. This smooth experience was made even better with the support of our real estate agent, [name removed] from Real Estate One, who was always there to guide and assist us every step of the way. We also want to highlight Property Engineer [name removed], who delivered an outstanding home tour experience. His attention to detail and thorough explanations gave us full confidence in our new home and made the walkthrough both informative and reassuring. Overall, the teamwork, professionalism, and smooth coordination made this process stress-free and truly enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The quality of some things in the house could have been better. Also the garage was not painted and the paint on the walls inside the house were cheap flat paint that comes off easily.

I didn't like how rude the lady [name removed] was to me. She said our realtor failed us by not telling us about easements on the first lot we picked out. As first-time homebuyers, I feel like she could've explained it better and showed more empathy, but she was cold. I also dont like that in front of our house, behind it and beside it there are huge puddles of water. Drains should've been placed to avoid this!

Getting all of the requested documents submitted on time was pretty stressful, and I'm still rolling my eyes about needing documentation in regard to an ongoing ~$5/month service fee.

The front yard was dead and because I asked for 20 pieces of sod to lay myself and slit was 1 day after closing no one cared and no one would resolve d to my request ex either [name removed] who said his hands were tied 1 day after closing.

I know that everything takes time, the good thing that I can take out of this is that communication was there throughout the process any questions I had the team made sure to answer back in a timely manner, and also working around the schedule that I have with working and family I know the hecticness, so I am appreciative that they were able to work with me.
