Working with the onsite manager the day of the final walk through was the most memorable, due to unforeseen issue. As we conducted the walk in, we; [name removed] and I ran into a real life issue with the water and a small leak. He remained professional as he needed me to assist in turning the water value off, and quickly drain all the pipes in order to reduce any potential damage. He assured me that this is what the final through is for and that they will promptly get the issue fixed.

I liked how [name removed] sales person/ builder was attentive, friendly, helpful and answered all my questions when I wasn't versed on what I was doing. He is Amazing and should get a raise. If it wasn't for him I would have not purchase this property due to the flaws I saw with this house

Very hard to get a hold of a live person, VERY HARD! Send an email, reply is, "Out of office". Call, reply is, "Out of office". After several attempts, it became obvious that they don't want to talk or text about the sale of a new home. FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!

I was told they would keep an eye on the easement where the dirt had begun to erode. It has fallen away and nobody has checked on it. There were also 2 plugs that I have found are not working.

I did not like the sales process. I did not like the quality features unmentioned until the walkthrough. I did not like a few issues unresolved but nothing major. I did not like discovering a hairline fracture in my garage. I do not like ZERO ventilation in the garage. I do not like finding out at the walkthrough there being a hideous and ridiculous piece of PVC hang out over the kitchen widow! I did not like finding out until the walkthrough that a potentially harmful piece of pvc drainage that if broken could result in a major issue within the slab! I did, however, LIKE Carsons openess, professionalism and honesty. I also liked or at least felt very comfortable speaking with [name removed] about warranty and minor existing issues and his professionalism. And we absolutely appreciated [name removed] hearing that we were there for the final walkthrough because we have a mutual acquaintance. My wife was/is not nearlynas critical as I am, that is why we continued the purchase. I am not condemning all aspects, I am merely being candid.
