I was disappointed in how hard it was to enter the home again after placing a hold on it. We were originally told it was ready and would close in about 3 weeks, unfortunately there were some delays but that can happen in new builds.

The Inspire Home Loan process was a bit frustrating with myself having to do a lot of follow up to make sure all kept on track and no mistakes were made. As for the home itself, the wiring shelving that is used is simply a cheap product that experiences issues quickly. I'd suggest impressing potential buyers with an upgrade to this very small detail.

the initial experience where i sent email correspondence. NOT all of your prospective buyers are just looking. Treat everyone with decency and respect, regardless if you " work for the builder & not the customer" or not. Especially 1st time home buyers. Your agent made this experience horrible for us to the point I no longer wanted to work with her. As 1st time homebuyers with no agent to represent us we could have been treated better and with more attentiveness and patience!

I loved being able to do a walk through with the actual builder of the home. He was able to tell me everything I needed to know about the home and appliances as well as what to do should any issues arise and how to maintain my new home.

I enjoyed the easy process. I dislike the fact that the home was not sprayed for spiders and ants. It was termite treated but not sprayed for insects. Have found several spiders in the house since moving in.

Like: each step of the process there was someone available to answer questions, to explain issues. Dislike: while the situation has been resolved, carelessness when installing the plumbing created a huge mess when the water was turned on into the house. The drainpipes under the kitchen sink were not installed correctly, causing slow leak/drip.

The closing was not good. The appliance package that I received took way too long to get. Moved in October 2nd, still waiting on washer/dryer. Refrigerator came last week. What if I didn’t have one? Sold my washer/dryer so this hasn’t been a good experience for a first time home buyer

We loved it from beginning to end. They were very patience with our issues on our end selling our current home. At one point, they even tried to help that process as well. Everyone from beginning to end were very helpful and pleasant.

So dislikes, the lack of communication between Century employees is THE BIGGEST pain. I’d send over something 4-5 times before it was enough for one person, then another person was wanting the same exact thing…so people weren’t checking in with each other or reading their full email threads…We didnt like that our packages weren’t discussed with us. We had no clue there was a blinds package, just thought it was appliances. We didn’t like not getting straight forward answers from some people. It felt very shady. So not being able to trust the people were about to go into a lot of debt with was hard. It made the process was more stressful than it needed to be. Likes however, once we got to working with [name removed] V. CHEFS KISS! [name removed] is such an AMAZING person to have in the super stressful process. He is very detail oriented, listens to what we have to say and actually comes up with a plan to fix it or gives us the knowledge we need. No matter how big or small the issue was, [name removed] was on the case lol. He got everything done that we had complained about in a super quick timeframe and made sure it was done correctly. I feel like if century wants more buyers, [name removed] has to be the head hancho. If it wasn’t for him, this review would’ve gone a different direction. So thank you [name removed], seriously for dealing with everything from us and for us.
