First of all, the best thing has been how extremely accessible each person has been throughout the whole process. During the underwriting period, i could call and talk through any question and never had to go through an automated system. I as always reassured and made to feel like i mattered. I liked the portal and easily knowing when i had tasks to complete. Once I got close to closing, and my CM, [name removed], stepped in, I quickly realized she is amazing. [name removed] was extremely nonweldable but also so kind. Her excitement for Nobles Crossing and all of the homes being built throughout Palatka made me so happy. She helped make sure all punch list items were quickly taken care of. She brought little housewarming gifts that suited my kids. She honestly went above and beyond to make sure my move-in went perfectly. Once in, [name removed] has been amazing with a few warranty tickets. She contacts me directly and schedules everything so quickly. I cannot get over how well i have been treated throughout the entire process. I am so excited to own my new home and feel so confident with the amazing Century Complete team.

The lending process was bad! We used your lender [name removed] not a fun experience. Then the house did not appraise at value. Then we had to go to another one of your lenders to be charged 4.75points when [name removed] was 2.75 points not happy at all about this!!!! My interest rate was lower as well but because it came in $15,000 below price i had to move loans to help Century get price point up for you tract.I feel ripped off on the extra 2points crazy fees but this lender was better more confident in the process of are loan. But all my money that should have came from you went to lender of your choice. Not happy at all on that. I have never seen anyone pay 4.75 points in my career!

Many normal features (ceiling fans, toilet paper holders, towel holders) etc. are not included. That was a surprise after moving in.

When I first met [name removed], all of questions were answered and I didn’t feel like he lead me in the wrong direction. He knows that I have two kids and I am a single parent, and he truly cares about that! He also cares that I have a child with special needs!

Once we were ready to set closing, the communication gap grew. I sent emails to cancel a walk-through since closing was being pushed back another week, only to receive a call from Mr. [name removed] asking why we weren't there! By the way, Mr. [name removed], "[name removed]" was also an excellent asset to the process. No one had informed us about the CO being ready!! The closing coordinator dropped the ball, and we were left scrambling at the last minute to wire funds, inspect, etc. I called [name removed] and she called [name removed] with the title company. We finally cleared things up with the closing coordinator. Of the 4 individuals we dealt with, I can honestly say that the three named here were EXCELLENT! I guess even a well-oiled wheel can have a broken cog.

Working with the onsite manager the day of the final walk through was the most memorable, due to unforeseen issue. As we conducted the walk in, we; [name removed] and I ran into a real life issue with the water and a small leak. He remained professional as he needed me to assist in turning the water value off, and quickly drain all the pipes in order to reduce any potential damage. He assured me that this is what the final through is for and that they will promptly get the issue fixed.
