[name removed] was amazing. Its the electric issue upstairs that I have to do a claim for, the plumbing. I will say the century link company rushed on the close date but other than it was good. [name removed] was the best.

The builder did an amazing job at making my family feel at home! From the 1st walk through to closing date was a success with Mr. [name removed]. Dislike is the dishonesty with the loan department. I was advised I wouldn’t have to pay any money down and they switch my closing date just to tell me I had to put money down at the last minute. I almost backed out but thankfully for my Relator and Mr.[name removed] I proceeded with the purchase.

My gc was great and fixed all the issues the home had with direct communication to me. However the I feel century needs to change subbed out work. The baseboards look horrible. The walls are satin finish which doesn’t work with kids/ animals/ spills

The whole process was Amazing ! Everyone did whatever they could to make the move in as easy as possible . And was always available when I wanted to see the house for a second time always a good thing to accommodate a future buyer in anyway possible to make them feel comfortable in their purchase and give them as much information as possible like [name removed] and [name removed] when we first met to go over all the details about the home . Again I must thank [name removed] and her daughter my realtors they were amazing .Highly recommend them .Century keep up the amazing work its what makes a good company . And like I said there are always an opportunity to make improvements its the little things that makes a world of differences to a new home buyer . Thank you all .

We had minor issues moving in . However we have been living in the home for less than two months, and have already experienced several issues that have caused us considerable inconvenience, stress and concern about the safety of our home . We are loosing confidence in the overall quality of the construction. These defects are unacceptable in a newly built home .
