We really had a great experience with our sales rep [name removed]. She was by far such a delight to work with. She was responsive and quite frankly, she got things done that needed to get done to ensure we were able to get into the home on our close date. With that said, the landscaping part of the purchase experience was not good. The landscaping should have been completed well before our close date, and is still to this day not completely done.

We are so incredibly thankful for [name removed]. She came in during our closing and saved the day. We lost our sales agent, [name removed], and the new sales agent wasn’t responsive to us our our realtor. But, [name removed] swooped in and covered all the conversations on the construction and sales side to make sure we had the best possible experience. Can’t rave about her enough!

I was really impressed with the appliances and they they were not entry level. And that the refrigerator, and wash tower were included. Sod was placed and the house was built up on a hill that is even with the septic. Our construction manager [name removed] was awesome, and made sure things were ready for us to close on time. Even after closing she stayed in touch to make sure everything was good, and stopped by to see the house after we moved in. She made the closing much easier!

There was a kitchen cabnet that needed to be replaced but 2 weeks after the home was purchased its still not installed

Not be able to close when I wanted. I had a terrible sewage problem construction debris was lodge in my down stairs bathroom pipes. Was not informed prior to closing that the internet was not installed. I still can’t not get mail to my house. Just a lot of loose ends not resolved.

Overall, our purchase experience was excellent from contract through move-in. Everyone we worked with was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help every step of the way. They were always available to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We truly appreciated the patience, communication, and dedication of everyone involved. We honestly don't have any complaints—our experience exceeded our expectations.
