We were kept "in the know" with our build process mostly by driving past the site. The tracker on our Century account did not stay up to date and the updated emails from our realtor seemed to come after we had already seen the progress ongoing from driving past.

Every phone call every email, anything that we could think of [name removed] was always there to answer and help us out!!! We love the fact that [name removed] has always been there to answer every question about anything in our home??!! [name removed] is always here to help with a smile and make sure that it's taken care of and correct before he leaves!! The rest of the construction crew as a whole, because they were always there to help out or show support. Last but surely not least [name removed] I know i'm misspelling her name, but she would answer the phone calls for us and give us information and put us in contact with [name removed].If we were ever not able to get a hold of her fast enough for me.

Our experience was a little different because we ended up running into issues due to the government shutdown. We didn't do a lot of communications back and forth. My lender and realtor did a lot of the communication for us because everything was at a stand still. So, I don't have much to say about the communication part. But whenever they did reach out to us. We had a good experience.
