My first night on my new home. The sewer drain backed up and flooded my downstairs. The plumber who installed our plumbing forgot to remove the balloon to test the pipes so all of the sewage water was just floating on my downstairs floors and garage. They had to cut a large whole in my driveway to access the sewer line and have yet to fix my driveway from where they cut it. My house has also not been completed fixed since they ripped out all of my front floors due to the flood. I am very disappointed in the situation. We had been here for almost a month with a front all that has been under construction.

After signing the new contract, I was given the new code for access. The code did not work. Reached out to a few people. Was told that the keys were on the hose bib but after looking, they weren't there. Was given a different code and that too did not work. Waited an hour in the rain before someone showed up only to realize that the back sliding door had been left open.

Early in the process, we received verbal information regarding the Purple Tag promotion that later turned out to be inaccurate. This created confusion and uncertainty about moving forward with the purchase. When we attempted to clarify the situation and requested to work with a different sales representative in order to reset communication and ensure a smoother experience, that request was not accommodated. Throughout the building process there were ongoing gaps in communication regarding updates and expectations. At times, responses from the sales team felt dismissive rather than proposing any time of solution. When we escalated our concerns to leadership, the feedback we received suggested that the issue was simply that we would never be satisfied, which was discouraging to hear. To be clear, we expressed multiple times that we truly love the home, the floor plan, and the community. Our concerns were never about the home itself, but rather about the level of customer service and communication we experienced during the process. I am only leaving these concerns and comments in hopes that a serious evaluation takes place within your Sales Team. I hope that process improvement plans can be taken place as I would love to refer my friends and family to join us in this community. However, I wouldn't feel comfortable doing so based off my personal experience.
