Overall, I had a great experience. Everyone I worked with at Century Complete and Inspire were great. The main thing I disliked was there was a mix up at closing and the law office didn't let us know in advance to bring cash or a check so that I could add my wife to the title.

Originally my back yard was supposed to be bigger but was told after signing contract that the city would not allow block wall to go where was originally going to be placed. Ended up ok, was also told different pricing through out entire process but in the end, ended up working out ok.

From start to finish it was awful. My realtor was left out of everything. I was the one following up with the sales agent, closing coordinator, title company, and construction manager. Every time I talked to someone new in the process who was supposed to have received my information (closing coordinator, construction manager, etc) they always acted like they had no idea who I was and never received the proper information. The right hand never knew what the left was doing.

There is nothing that I really don't dislike however there where some things about the design of the homes that I didn't understand... upon looking around at the other homes I noticed some of them have attic vents and my home was inspected and one of the things recommend from the inspection was to have an attic vent. I just don't understand why put them on some homes and not on others. Overall there was nothing I didn't like about my experience my builder was very helpful and very understanding and I love my home.

I liked [name removed] kimball always being open and available and making the process smooth and enjoyable. He met us on our busy time crunches and extended help wherever need be. He really made home buying less stressful for us and we trusted he had our best interest at heart.

I really enjoyed our sales consultant [name removed] and our builder [name removed] they were very helpful with the process! I didn't like that info from within the loan processor and/or Century Complete withheld info from us during the process and a week in half before moving we find out.

I didn't like the feeling of being rushed. We tried to get the closing delayed by a week because we were out of town, and that was a no go. Adhering to such a tight schedule and not having any leeway to adjust it even slightly was really an inconvenience.
