Pete is spectacular. He’s our builder manager and he’s on top of everything. He’s attentive and even responds to me on the weekends. It’s apparent Pete loves his job and what he does. My husband and I appreciate him so much. He’s the best.

No follow through of rebates, incentives and customer satisfaction. We were made to feel as if they did not care if we bought a house or not and that we were just a number. We had to push for everything we were promised and only the refrigerator was provided as promised. It did not help that our realtor and the century sales rep did not get along, mostly because cnetury complete were not holding to their promises.

I liked how easy it was to do everything! From uploading documents, to signing, and being able to visit the home multiple times before closing also let us get a real feel of the property.

The walk-thru wasn't informative enough and I am unsure whether or not things like nail pops or floor creaks in the first year will be fixed as typical with new builds. I was very disappointed to learn my washer outlet box was not connected to any studs when it should be fixed in place. The builder installed the washer and dryer but someone should have known that the box was not affixed to anything. I have asked that this be fixed. I was also disappointed that the driveway had cracks or chipped concrete. Yes concrete cracks but usually not a brand new pour. Although I have not yet moved in, I have been to the house to look around and noticed that the middle pin for the front door is missing so I've asked the builder to provide one. Finally, I was given what was supposed to be the plot for my property so I know where the property lines are. The plot showed homes on Dream Catcher Drive, just not mine. I have requested this several times, to no avail and I'd really like to have it. Also noticed that the circuit breaker box doesn't latch very well.

There were many issues with the house upon move in that I don’t know how the inspector, the builder or my realtor missed. A lot of the doors don’t close, the fridge door is broken, there was a 2 X 4 wood steak though my piping for my toilet which is resulting in them coming and tearing the house up to fix. The builder was difficult to work with during the buying process. Alex has been nothing but amazing from the time I contacted him about the clogged toilet and overflow of my tub from the pipe backup. I would recommend Alex to anyone and everyone moving forward.

Again, the whole experience was great. I love how efficient everybody was. Everything was timely. Everything from the sales rep to the realtor to the contractor to the guided tours. Really appreciate the knowledge base with everybody how welcoming everybody was. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this in fact I did. I encouraged my brother to get it home and I think he's in the process of getting home as well

showed up for closing with my realtor and no one as at the office had to get access to the key box to open the door for notary so we could close and never met the Century realtor only talked to the phone a couple of times

There is nothing I disliked, I loved how easy the process was. The first contact was made by Samantha who literally was the one that motivated me to immediately move forward towards a purchase due to the price, incentives and zero down USDA loan.
