IMPERFECTIONS 80% FIXED, BUT NOT100%. CLOSING DATES SHOULD BE FLEXIBLE IF NEEDED. ON A FIXED RATE VA LOAN, I SHOULD GET THE BEST RATE, NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR ORIGINALLY (2% DIFF.) ANSWER ALL TECHNICAL QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PROPERTY SUCH AS THE SURVEY PROPERTY QUESTIONS, DEPTH OF THE WELL, WHERE LATTERAL LINES RUN EXACTLY, MAILBOXES IN MY FRONT YARD. ETC

The connection with loan officer was a bit broken. But anytime I went to [name removed] the sales consultant, she would have everything figured out for me and everyone contacted with answers very promtly. She has been the best one to work with. She really deserves and has earned her position with the company.

The beginning was a little confusing and frustrating with it being contracted with the builder directly. In the end we were very satisfied and they did everything they said.

[name removed] from century was amazing, she was the most helpful person in the entire person other than my realtor. The quality of the house was lacking. The entire upstairs floor had to be replaced after we moved in due to broken floor boards. Every single tub had rust and even with [name removed]’s help the rust is still not fully out. The floors are very poor and cheap quality, so they will have to be upgraded very soon because they just look bad all around. The counters not being sealed and me as a homeowner having to do it is cheap as hell. Also the cleaning company did a half assed job. I had to immediately go buy cleaning supplies and heavy duty equipment to go around and vacuum, carpet clean, window wash, clean the floors, etc.

I liked the easy online process of buying this home, the helpful team and the easy to follow the step by step process with my loan officer [name removed] which helped me to see at all times what's next guiding me through the whole process and closing. And [name removed] making sure I know the progress of the home I am purchasing and being there to answer any questions I have about it. Great team!

I was advised pricing would increase $10k if i didn’t agree to purchase that same day. The next day after us signing up, the pricing dropped $4k and the management team refused to honor the new rate. I also had issues accessing my lockbox after closing and had to have a supervisor come break the lockbox to get me in. The broken lockbox is still attached on the side of my home even though it was supposed to be removed. I also dislike that the flooring is SO cheap. The day we closed and moved in, my floor was ripped by a delivery man installing our refrigerator. If i was able to purchase the same flooring, that would be fine but since the flooring isn’t able to be purchased, I will need to refloor my entire home if this isn’t fixable.

Difficulty with the title company, [name removed] not reading or responding back to emails and/or phone calls. Difficulty day of closing, closing wasn't scheduled per appointment, documents were not ready. Finally closed, no one would give us the lock box code after closing. Waiting almost a full two hours before anyone could or would give us the code to enter the house. There was a chip in one of the cabinets during the walk through, it seemed to be corrected at final walk through. Later noticed it was simply puttied and not replaced.

Cheapest floor option that will not last. LVP would have made it so much nicer. no mail box, unfinished garage
