While the home itself meets expectations, the purchasing experience was disappointing due to marketing discrepancies that were not honored. The price advertised on the builder’s website did not match the purchase agreement, and advertised pricing was not honored. Additionally, website advertising led us to believe we were locked into a fixed interest rate, but later we learned it was actually an ARM, which was not clearly disclosed. Despite escalation attempts by my realtor, we were told nothing could be done, leaving us feeling undervalued. For such a significant purchase, clearer communication and honoring advertised terms would have made a meaningful difference in the overall experience. On a positive note, we had a washer issue over the Christmas holiday, and [name removed] went above and beyond to address it promptly, staying in contact and providing timely updates all while on vacation. [name removed] was helpful, informative, and welcoming during our initial walkthrough. [name removed] was very responsive throughout the process, though he frequently referenced this survey during our conversations. It’s also noteworthy to mention [name removed], our loan officer provided great customer service and was very informative as well.

I liked my experience with [name removed] and [name removed] (aka the G). They were very helpful and informative. I disliked that the Century office (Palm Bay location) was closed when we went to sign our closing documents.

The "everything is online" aspect of this company has it's pro's and con's. Sometimes getting an answer to a question was difficult because one part of the company did not know what the other part was doing. It was a lot of calls just to leave a message that was sometimes not returned. The beginning of the process was a lot easier than the closing. They do build a good house though.

Dislike: Communication was limited on the status of my home and a long wait time to move in from original closing date that was provided to me. Slobby finishing in the home (paint, spackle on the floor, chips, smears in cabinets, no chain in the garage for hurricane shutters, large hole never filled in the yard (Was told on closing it would be filled in, then never was).

I love how fast I closed. The initial process of getting approved how they worked with me and was supportive. I'm a first time home buyer so I didn't know a lot of things and I was educated on things before signing. I love the incentives of how they helped with closing costs etc. Small things I don't like is French drain in the front doesn't drain properly so there's an accumulation of water when it rains it attracts frogs and tadpoles etc. There was an electrical issue where the fuse box would trip randomly several times a day. Only one light outside and no wiring to add additional. However overall im pleased. No major issues just a bunch of small issues

The sheer amount of signatures, docs, emails, etc. That is not the fault of century, however.
