What we like is the quick response we received from [name removed] on a couple of issue we've had. But we are dissatisfied with the way some of your vendors in specific the window company. Our windows have been installed backwards, where we can't see through out from inside, but from the outside anyone is able to see clearly into the house in the evening, this is safety and privacy issue. We have had a window installer coming come by and they confirm that the window glass are wrongly installed. [name removed] has shown high professionalism and his concern for the issues we've had has been phenomenal, as well as [name removed], the sales person who helped us throughout the whole process. It is our hope that this issue of the window may be resolved soon and in an amicable way.

The service is been 19 days since I bought my house and is not ready it has alot a problems the ac was broken it was a leak in the ceiling and still they did not finish the repairs and I can move in is been 18 days already

The first time my realtor & I met with the contractor manager, Jerry, she explicitly told him that the property had 90-95% weed instead of grass & the HOA would get on my ass. He promised 6 treatments & if the issue wasn't resolved, they would put new grass. I returned home to another state; only to received violations for excessive weed removal & irrigation water. Finally, after going back & forth about the weeds, I was told that I have to cut the weeds every 2 weeks & they'll treat it until July. Hopefully, the weeds will die & the grass will grow. (I'd love to see that) There are some prickly weed trees all over which stick you when you walk on the so-call lawn. I closed on Feb 28th & i have never seen the contractor manager; Jerry, again; not even to assist with changing the keys. After receiving 1st warning, I spoke to Jesus, the Warranty Field Mgr & he promised to change the schedule that they had in place. I received a 2nd water violation for $100 a few days later. I had stop packing & flew back; only to receive the bill in the mail. I was given a copy of an email stating that the schedule was changed & I went to the police station with the bill & email printout; only to be given proof by the officer that the irrigation system was on during unscheduled days. I'm having issues with the flooring upstairs because when you walk, there are spaces under the carpet in certain areas. There's also weird odor; (gaseous) coming from the kitchen pantry which is at the corner close to the AC unit which is outdoor. I'm waiting for someone to come & inspect it today. I shouldn't have to waste $284. for 1 way to return to address violations & promises. I strongly believe I shouldn't be paying to remove weeds. A new homeowner should be given a lawn with grass & then the owner should maintain it afterwards. Jerry CANNOT face me because he knew what he said & he's nowhere around. I don't like to complain but sometimes I have to speak up. I should be reimbursed for my roundtrip flights & my other expenses. I SHOULD BE FINISH PACKING, REPAIRING & PREPARING TO RENT MY HOUSE & DRIVING TO MY NEW HOME WHICH I'VE BEEN LOOKING FORWARD TO.

Options on color combinations were limited, no computer generated rendering of options, my house was not cleaned up prior to close. That was huge for me!

I liked how responsive the sales team was with us. Any questions we had for [name removed] were quickly addressed. The other representatives within the closing team were also great at responding back quickly and assisting us. One thing that we didn’t enjoy was that when we did the initial walk through of the home, majority of the items that were highlighted within that walk through were not taken care of in time for the final walkthrough. We had to come back to the home 2 days after again to verify that the main issues were handled.
