[name removed] made it pretty simple to get everything done on the contract side, great communication from the start. I did have a small issue at closing with the incentive and adding an addendum that was missing in the file. Also I feel the loan side of things could have had some improvement with their communication, felt I was the one asking a lot of questions because things weren’t explained to me up front.

[name removed] was willing to work with us with our strict work schedule which was super appreciated. The toughest thing was getting to closing and finding out that it had to be pushed back. It wasn’t particularly [name removed]’s fault but it was difficult with my husbands work schedule but they were generous and compensated for it and made it up to us.

So far I’ve had an amazing experience and the home is everything my wife and I wanted. There are some very minor imperfections in the finish, but that’s expected. Love the house so far!

First of all communicating with everyone in the office was wonderful very nice and polite and always willing to help me. The maintenance department any minor issues that I might have at home they fastly respond to it and have the problem resolved I would definitely refer landsea to anyone .that my ask me about my home.

I was geographically dispersed through most of the purchasing process. [name removed] was always available to discuss the progress of my house with me. From sending me pictures to having the [name removed] and [name removed] call me with updates. I was always informed with the progress of my home. It made purchasing a home while located in another city, less stressful.

I really liked my sale reps throughout the process. They were always responsive and made the process smooth. The lending experience was not as smooth toward the end unrelated to the reps.
