As we approach 6 months things that we where told that would be completed and fixed in our home has not happened. It is very hard to find out who to talk to and how to get things resolved. The HOA has also promised to resolve things and have not. Example we where told the fence that is there responsibility was going to get fixed back in Feb 2026 and cleaned as there is concrete and lawnmower marks on it. This still has not happened.

We really appreciated the thoroughness of the entire team. From finding us the right model and home, coordinating with the lending team, multiple walkthroughs and detailed explanations about how the house was set up, even down to fixing the tiniest details, it has been (and continues to be) the most dedicated service all around.

From working with [name removed] in the office and [name removed] with the loan, they were always responsive. When I had a questions they would respond timely manner. Even if they didn't know the answer, they let me know that they would look into it and get back to me.

Move in inspection was quick and not thorough. Really bad customer service by [name removed] who made fun of us when we raised genuine issues. We have been living in the house for 3 weeks and already paint trim bad quality is showing off. Also floor hardwood at multiple places is coming off.

Since it is new construction home there are many unknowns that the buy need to deal with such as usps, dmv, internet, and solar activation. There were no clear instructions received ahead of time or even after closing.

I liked that they were willing to sit down and explain and walk us through every step. We also liked meeting the contractor and the home is lovely and met all our expectations. We asked for a few additional touch ups with paint and minor things on our walk through and it was addressed promptly. We only had issue with not having appliances in the home were were told was part of it and the blinds as a package. This was addressed but should be more clear up front. Overall great experience and have recommended this company to the community friends and family!
