From contact to closing, the process was fairly straightforward. The salesperson, [name removed] was easy to work with and was great at providing updates throughout the process. The warranty person (I did not catch her name) gave me a sheet of "who to call", should problems arise, and it turns out the sheet is extremely inaccurate. The final walk-thru guy, [name removed], was very nice but if we would have done the inspections the way we wanted to, verses the prescribed "LandSea Homes Way", we might have caught some issues that showed up after closing-and still haven't been resolved.

It took about 2 weeks to have my dishwasher to be repaired. The home warranty process has been a nightmare. It still continues with no respectful response. I have multiple emails and phone calls to [name removed] with no positive response.

Very much liked working with the sales staff and the building superintendent [name removed] which I just heard he was laid off! I thought that was very poor since he was so diligent about making us feel comfortable with the build process and took care of our concerns promptly! But overall very satisfied with our overall experience!

Like that [name removed] has been a big help during this last couple of month of the year with all the things that have been happing in the house. [name removed] always calls me and checks on me to see how everything is going in the house plus sending people to fix any issue I have.

The quality of the house not up to the mark when we look into details. Specifically, poor sound proof flooring annd walls, e.g. I can hear water flushing from upstairs bathroom when I am eating in the kitchen. Island and tile floor alignment are bad. Need improvement on amenities and need the builder to help coordinating more events to mingle with the neighbors like in other nearby communities. Specifically during festival/holiday seasons.
