After one month of moving in the house 1 door completely came off the frame. Another one has issue. The stairs carpet nails are visible and cannot walk without shoes

We are just coming up on our one year mark in our Risewell home. The farther we have gotten from the date purchase, the less attentive and less help [name removed] seems to be. There are some unresolved issues with our home, despite having submitted requests for resolution and the HOA company (the second we’ve had in the last year) is absolutely the worst I have ever worked with. We love the location of our home and the community that is growing here, but I become more and more disappointed with this company as time passes. The literal cracks are showing, in our walls and the company. It seemed that they were doing better as New [name removed] Co. I hope that Risewell can turn this around, but time will tell.

The most disappointing part was the lender [name removed] originally paired us with was lackluster at best. Address on the home was incorrect on the paperwork although brining it up numerous times to the sales rep it never got fixed leaving us scrambling at end trying to close to fix. Also the issue with address being incorrect caused issues trying to get utilities turned after we received keys.
