Sales team was very friendly and willing to answer any questions or allow me to view the homes/home as many times as I wanted. I had a relator helping and at times I felt there was lack of communication between sales, lender, and relator.

I didn’t like the quality of the pipes outside the home because during winter we got a heavy cold storm that burst nearly half of the homes pipes in our community, including mine! Which was not included in the warranty to fix! So I have to fix it myself. [name removed] runoff from the roof appears to be concentrating at corners and along the side walls, which is causing soil washout adjacent to the foundation. This seems to indicate a drainage management concern. So I had to install gutters to fix this problem, but also the issue is that after the water washed away some of that sand, it shows some of the garbage leftovers buried under the sand, and they may be under the foundation as well, which I cannot see since the houses already built, but I did raise that issue to the warranty manager. I did like how [name removed] the warranty manager, response very quickly Every time I ask for a service and he gives advices on how to fix them. And during the end of the year warranty, check out, he went above and beyond and fixing things. Although I’m still waiting on one last thing to fix, which is the crack on the sidewalk concrete in front of my house

What I liked most about the purchase experience was the level of support and communication throughout the process. From contract to move-in, [name removed] and [name removed] were very responsive, organized, and proactive. They helped simplify what could have been a complex process, especially with the additional requirements involved, and made sure I always understood the next steps. I also appreciated how smoothly everything moved once all documents were in place. [name removed]'s guidance during underwriting, document submission, and coordination with the lender helped avoid delays and kept things on track all the way to closing.
