Unables to solve a single request, and when multiple items need attention you have to wait more than 4 months with no response! Warranty department has not fix the things I requested. Sales person promised upgrades and good service but now the are going back and forward with my request. Terrible service! And very expensive

The HVAC unit leaking and causing damage to the the kitchen, hallway and guest bath a week after we moved in. We love [name removed], anytime we have had an issue she has made sure the problem has been resolved to our satisfaction. We also loved working with [name removed] and [name removed].

Not sure if promised year round landscaping services, i.e., mowing, weedeating edging and blowing, will be performed by HOA . The sales representative stated it was included forever. Hopefully that is the case.
