There are two things that would be nice to have, 1) an electric pop-up box on the island countertop to plug a coffee maker or crock pot, we are now using the countertop under the cabinets and the steam from the coffee maker is taking the paint off the cabinets. 2) install an exhaust vent on the hot water heater in heated in the garage. The heat pump puts out very cold air in the garage, not good in cold weather. An item needed is insulation under the wood seat below the windows. During this cold spell we have had to put blankets on the seat to keep the cold air out.

I now feel like I am missing information like termite contract, etc. I purchased a home that someone else designed but lost their funding.. The house was turned into a spec home. I feel as though many of the things that needed repairing should have been caught sooner. Overall, the staff has been good at meeting with me and now repairing items.
