Prior to [name removed]. [name removed] does NOT have a good process in place for taking care of warranty issues. There is only one person, [name removed], who handles the warranty issues and half the time he is on vacation or away. When he is away, we can only call in with emergencies. No one is available to handle the every day issues that need to be fixed. We should not have to wait for him to return as these houses are very large purchases. Not fair to the consumer.

[name removed] extended a very warm personal touch to make the transition seamless .He also followed up on a regular basis to confirm any concerns and updates, then acted in a timely manner to complete our task. [name removed] was a valuable resource in providing us the care we needed to get settled in our new home.

I liked how fast and efficient the process was. Also good communication from mostly everyone I’ve interacted with from [name removed]. There was room for improvement with the pre move-in walk through/orientation as it was rushed and the house was not finished at the time (painting and touch ups were being done during the walk through)

The quality assurance for appliances and cabinetry was poor. The package we purchased was not fully explained to us. It was too late to realize this mistakes in the house and nothing could be done to help us out.

I liked the team and their approachability. [name removed] and [name removed] have been stellar. [name removed] has been easy to work with on warranty items...when they're covered. My dislike so far only has to deal with some of the "new home" items that weren't clear at purchase date. We have a major drainage issue in the back that could have never been an issue with more sod and grading. Even if it had been an option to add during the homebuying process, we would've done it to avoid the situation we're already in 6 months later. We also have an asphalt tie-in issue that is being kicked around. It stinks being stuck in the middle of two disinterested parties, though again, [name removed] has been good to work with overall.
