Some small issues here and there, typical for new construction. The biggest part of this new home is [name removed]! This man seem to be the true professional who knows what he is doing. All my feedback should be about this person, we had lots of help from [name removed] and keep getting the help even now after 2 months after closing date! Very professional man who takes all attention to any help request!

my home a/c compressor gives out after 4 months from turnover and took therm 2 weeks to fix it. now my doorbell chime is not working from inside and requires a doorbell transformer due to low voltage output , have not heard from warranty yet for an update when to fix it.

My biggest disappointment was my experience with [name removed]’s in-house lender, [name removed] the process, I felt like he lacked urgency, care, and empathy. I take pride in being responsive and providing every document requested as quickly as possible, but his communication was poor, next steps were unclear, and I often had to reach out to others just to confirm that my documents had been received and everything was in order. The most frustrating part was the day before closing. According to the title company, my documents had not been submitted properly and on time, creating a last-minute rush to close the following day. Because of the poor communication and delays, I was asked to drive all the way to Roseville to sign paperwork. This was extremely inconvenient and could have potentially been avoided with better communication and timely handling of my documents. When I spoke with [name removed], I felt like I was talking to a robot rather than someone who understood the stress and importance of such a major purchase. There was little to no empathy or reassurance throughout the process. Honestly, the experience was so frustrating that it made me consider pulling out of the deal. What disappointed me even more was that [name removed] did not step in to address my concerns or make the situation right. Buying a home should be an exciting milestone, but this experience made it unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant. I hope [name removed] takes this feedback seriously and improves its lending process, communication, and customer support so future buyers do not have to go through the same experience.

We met with the most amazing team, between sales, finance, and the walkthrough. Each member goes above and beyond to make sure our purchase experience befits the luxury home that we purchased. I have bought from another national builder previously and my experience with the Risewell team during and after the transaction has been exceptional.

I truly appreciated their attention to detail and excellent customer service. [name removed] even surprised me with a thoughtful gift, which was a nice touch. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this builder to friends and family. [name removed] was also great. I truly appreciated her efforts to help us get the best possible incentives and make the process a positive experience.

Confusion on the home buying process. While this was more our fault as we did it without an agent if I HAD to pick something it would be that there were times I was confused about a process, timeline, or pricing while going through this. But it was explained to me by the team when asked. Again this is more our problem and nothing against the [name removed] staff. Being a first time home buyer an agent or a home buying guide for dummies would have helped but I enjoyed doing it all myself and learning.
