After I reached the customer care representative and explained the issues with my stove and electrical, he determined it was a emergency repair and had a G.E. tech out to my property within an hour, the tech determined it was a circuit board in the stove and the part was ordered. Hopefully this resolves the problem and there won't be any further issues.

We purchased a spec home, but the process was seamless with all parties involved. Everyone from New Home Co was delightful to work with - Leah, Jeremy and Jay are great people to have working for your company. They go above and beyond in every way to show they care. Not to mention, they are more than happy to help even after we signed, which is not common at all.
