No one knows more about a homebuilder's quality and service than the builder's customers.

Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

  • We ask recent homebuyers to evaluate their builder's purchase process.
  • Then, we ask homeowners to evaluate their builder's quality and service (1) after the first 5-months in the home, and (2) again at the end of the first year.

We are incredibly thankful for Risewell! We greatly appreciated how fast everyone was willing to work to help us complete a simultaneous close. Everyone was so efficient, kind, and helpful! [name removed] and [name removed] are great assets to the Risewell team as they helped us with a few minor fixes after closing. They made us getting settle an easy process. They also allowed us to use their trash can which was highly appreciated during the move. The care and attention to detail the [name removed] Risewell team has is astounding. Highly recommend!!!!!

After one month of moving in the house 1 door completely came off the frame. Another one has issue. The stairs carpet nails are visible and cannot walk without shoes

The most disappointing part was the lender [name removed] originally paired us with was lackluster at best. Address on the home was incorrect on the paperwork although brining it up numerous times to the sales rep it never got fixed leaving us scrambling at end trying to close to fix. Also the issue with address being incorrect caused issues trying to get utilities turned after we received keys.
