They didn’t put a support stake on my tree when I asked them to because my tree isn’t growing straight. They said each tree only comes with 1 post on each side but both of the houses next to me haven’t sold yet and they had 2 stakes on the side and a support stake to make sure it grew straight. I didn’t appreciate that.

We are an afterthought at best with [name removed]. We had to fight to have damaged replaced, even when the negligence of the builder nearly burned down our house. Trying to get the 10 month fixes has been a nightmare also. I am always the one reaching out. This is terrible

The walk-through was the best he showed. [name removed] showed us everything how everything work had to take care of it. He loved what he was doing. He was proud of the builder. It was fantastic. I have never experienced that and this is my fifth home purchasing so thank you.

I enjoyed the care and attention we got as customers. I would also say though, that the initial walk through with the building superintendent needs more leeway time. I was up against the wall meeting every rushed deadline to the T. But when it came to doing my walk through, [name removed] and the building superintendent refused to give me a time any later than noon and only on weekdays. You should never demand a customer to take time off from work when they already exhausted their vacation time for the purpose of packing and moving weeks later. Customer priority IS THE ONLY PRIORITY. I would still recommend [name removed] to friends and family despite that one negative.

I had to stay on top of them through the whole process. I was missing blinds that took them 3 weeks and many calls from me. [name removed] was very unhelpful and fought me on things that needed to get fixed. He was supposed to reach out about the blinds and never once called. During the final walk he stood in the kitchen as I had to keep coming back to tell him things that were missed and he just stood there with a derogatory look on his face and tried to say no they wouldn’t fix it. The front door handle for instance was very scratched and he said they wouldn’t replace it. I had to reach out to [name removed] about it to get it replaced. He is the worst superintendent ever. I am still waiting on my smart home package to be delivered and installed. I am a week from my first payment and no one has told me where I am supposed to go to pay my mortgage even though I have asked repeatedly. Overall it feels like no one cares and takes their job or customer satisfaction seriously. [name removed] and [name removed] were very nice however I am still waiting on things I should have gotten at time of close like where to pay my mortgage… Overall very dissatisfied with the process and all my neighbors especially the ones who had to deal with [name removed] have had nothing but problems and bad things to say as well.

I like my home a lot in general. When I have complaint about a repair that’s needed I am made to send a picture or a video instead of just sending someone to look at the problem. I have to explain myself repeatedly. My air conditioner makes a loud sound when it turns off. The repair guy was great, but he said the new model of my unit has been changed not to do that but it’s not fixable on this particular unit. So we live with it! Things are skimmed over or not addressed at all at the final walkthrough and comes as a surprise when they say it’s not warrantied. I have done 3 final walkthroughs here, mine and 2 of my daughters and they are very inconsistent.

I think the only good experience was with Marcia the salesperson. I didn't like that you left damaged items in my home - didn't fix when brought to your attention. I don't like the customer service provided by the construction team and most members of your customer service team to include the manager. I didn't like being lied to and told I was wrong. My year end inspection was just done. I have 14 or 15 (i lose count) bulges in the frame that are beyond the tolerance set by the ROC. I have six or seven walls that aren't at a 90 degree angle. I don't understand how you don't care enough to build things right the first time. Now the headache I have to go through to get these fixed. Plus the other 50 plus things on the report. And mind you, they didn't list out every nail pop, not 90 degree angle and bulge on the report. They were just marked in my house. Plus all of the areas that have "alligator paint" you might as well just repaint the whole house. This was not my expectation of a builder. Nor this builder when I was told you had the best electric, plumbers, framers . . . in the industry at my subdivision. If these are the best, I feel sorry for everyone else in the Valley. Let's not discuss the cabinets I have been waiting a year on to get fixed. I don't understand how any of this is acceptable to you! I expected a house that was turn key. As I have said before, this is my fourth new build and the most disappointing as far as structure and customer service.

Currently we turned on our heater but it doesn’t heat the home. I love our mountain view. Easier to maintain as it is a smaller home than I previously owned. Much quieter area to live in.

NEVER HAD ANYBODY FOLLOW UP OR COME DO OUR 1 YEAR WARRANTY. REACHED OUT MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO REAPONSE BACK VIA EMAIL AND PHONE CALLS. HOA IS A DISGRACE BEING CHARGED FOR NEIGHBORS CRAP IN OUR YARD ALL WHILE THE CONSTRUCTION CREWS AND WIND BLOWS TRASH IN PEOPLES YARD AND BEING CHRGED FOR IT?! NO COMMUNITY POOL WHEN EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY HAS BEEN EXPRESSING WE WANT A POOL?! NO SPEED BUMPS AND PEOPLE SPEEDING THROUGH NEARLY HITTING OUR CHILDREN AND PETS! WISH WE NEVER BOUGHT HERE.

Initially, communication was strong. Sales staff were responsive, nice and easy to get with. Once we signed, that’s when we feel everything fell apart. Extreme fall off in communication and pushback to fix simple things that were wrong with the home prior to us even purchasing it.

The sale office when picking finishes. Mark up was out of control and [name removed] doesn't pro rate the parts included for the home when choosing other options. The Tankless W/H is a joke! 3-5 min for hot water. Same as a 50 gal tank.
