The staff from the sales office to the project management to the landscaping and wiring/plumbing teams. They have all been excellent and have outstanding customer service. Absolutely thrilled to have this group build and take care of our home.

Sales lady Valerie was great, Julio was great. Underwriters and loan officers not so much. They didn’t communicate well

Everyone persons we dealt with at new home co was excellent. You could tell they love what they do and like working for new home co. Our sales rep Valerie was the best.

Sales person Val was amazing. Julio and Bobby were also great but loan officers and underwriters seemed to drag their feet and weren’t very good at communicating where we were in the process
