The staff was great. [name removed] and [name removed] really brought it home for us. The quality and layout of the home itself was never in question but the ladies in the office helping us out and getting us connected with all the right people on the finance side was a big help. Each step of the way they checked in, made sure we were getting what we needed from them and truly made the experience (especially vs some other builders we considered) a truly positive and reinforcing factor in going thru with our purchase of this property!

Honestly, the most positive aspect of the entire experience was working with [name removed]. She is an incredible individual and truly bent over backwards to make sure we had the best experience possible. Anytime we ran into an issue, she was immediately there to help us work through it and find a solution. She was responsive, supportive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went smoothly for us. [name removed] absolutely deserves recognition—and a huge bonus—for the level of service and dedication she provided. She is honestly one of the best people I have ever worked with, and she made a tremendous difference in our overall experience.

The first time it rained I had a roof leak that has taken two weeks to fix; the response I received was ‘these things happen, you aren’t the only home in the neighborhood with a roof leak’…not very reassuring. The surface in my master bedroom is clearly uneven and am awaiting an appointment to have it looked at. The ‘builder grade’ paint is so bad, a simple wipe of the wall takes the paint right off. These are a few of the issues. I would expect more from a $650k home.

Particularly like the home portal for logging issues and the monthly updates on recommended maintenance. When highly important issues have arises the team is quick to respond and rectify.

We loved the open and transparent nature of the purchase process. From the moment we showed interest [name removed] and [name removed] were quick to answer all questions and worked super closed with both my wife and I as well as our realtor. From start to finish they were friendly and worked to get us the best deal.

There's nothing I have disliked so far. Everyone has been a delight to work with. [name removed] in sales is so sweet and helpful. I've needed a couple of things post purchase and she's so quick to help. And always with a smile on her face! [name removed] is such a great guy! He's quick to help with issues or any questions I may have. He's funny too! [name removed] has done a wonderful job of hiring the right people. My [name removed] is absolutely gorgeous and a complete dream!! Every time I drive up to my home, I smile and STILL can't believe it's my home. The expectations [name removed] has with all involved in the home building process is apparent. I'm so happy!

There was a hiccup during a swap over in employees handling our closing, but it got worked out eventually in time.

The staff from the sales office to the project management to the landscaping and wiring/plumbing teams. They have all been excellent and have outstanding customer service. Absolutely thrilled to have this group build and take care of our home.

It was difficult to get assistance from the HOA company initially and I didn’t see any information regarding the HOA in my move in documents. Maybe I missed it but even mentioning that the HOA is an app that you need to download might be helpful to other new owners. I felt seen by [name removed] and [name removed]. They really made me feel welcome and they also seemed as excited for me about my new home as I was. [name removed] was also very kind and willing to help me with any questions I had.
