I am having difficulty with my address showing up on google maps to this day. It makes it very difficult to allow guests to drive / locate my home. This also has made it difficult to trust that a large expensive shipment will be correctly shipped to my home without issues

Some of the options weren’t discussed until the walk-through. My biggest issue was the flat paint used to paint the house. And the no tile sealant.

The agent was hard to work with, we never heard back from our contacts in regard to the repairs that were still needed to be made, we had to clean up their mess the builders left behind, poor communication.

After buying a Landsea home, i found out my house had uneven flooring, island kitchen had a gap between granite countertop and a wood part in the bottom, couple walls and corner walls uneven ( you can see clearly by your eyes )… try to call landsea service agent and sent a lots of emails, and sent pictures about that issues on website as well but they never make an appointment to come my house and fixing that issues.

We went with the Builders’ preferred Lender, Universal Lending. During the lending approval process there were several times documents were being required but no communication was made to us about these additional documents. Which stressed out everyone in the contract/lending/underwriting process. Positives about the lending/underwriting process is that our home salesperson, Jami, was available at all hours of the day. Responding in a timely manner and always so pleasant, helping us navigate this complex process. We gave them a very aggressive closing timeline of less than 30 days to close, during the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays nonetheless! The team worked tirelessly to make our goal happen!! Because of Risewell Homes recently acquiring Land Sea, there were a few standard home features that were communicated as included but were missing upon closing. We brought this up to Jami. she advocated for them to be added. 2/3 were approved. Although we were sad to miss out of the other item, we felt grateful that the team worked so hard to get the things included and installed before close. (Thank you Jami and Doug) We think you guys have a great crew and are proud to own a Risewell home:)

Just trying to get things taken care off. And all my plants died in my front yard I replaced them and found the drip was not watering them I moved the drip system and now it's done properly and should work.

Scott extended a very warm personal touch to make the transition seamless .He also followed up on a regular basis to confirm any concerns and updates, then acted in a timely manner to complete our task. Scott was a valuable resource in providing us the care we needed to get settled in our new home.

After final inspection touch ups and clean ups were not finished. I also have had 2 roofing tiles fall from the home. 1 damaged a vehicle. Both have been repaired. The vehicle not yet.

I didn’t like the fact that items in the home were not repaired before I moved in and is still not repaired. I don’t like the little details around the house that were not fixed.

Buying experience was great, when it comes to repairing issues that were listed in the inspection report or issues that arise after move in that’s what has been disappointing. It takes 2 to 3 weeks to get things resolved and no updates

The Landsea Sales Associate, JAMI EDEN-SCHABACKER was the absolute best!! She was very helpful, compassionate, available, and supportive through the entire process. The Superintendent, Chris, was great! He was helpful and responsive. I had some issues closing due to a situation outside of my control and I don't feel like the Landsea leadership was very helpful or compromising at that stage. I completely understand it's a business, as I am a business owner, but I feel like they could have negotiated a bit, because in the end, me purchasing my home during these times for the amount I purchased for was more beneficial to them financially than me. I only moved forward due to the sentimental value of the purchase to my children. Other than that I would have left the deal and went with another builder... Also, some of the drywall, flooring, and painting was subpar, messy, unappealing, but I basically had to deal with it after they attempted to fix it, I guess.

Donna is the best! She responds super quick and always has an answer she’s super diligent about making sure she’s on site for repairs and stays on top of trades. She’s so personable, kind hearted, and truly cares about her homeowners. This girl needs a raise and a hug! I’d also like to mention Regina, and time I’ve told her about an issue she’s quick to upload it to Dwelling Live and communicate to Donna.
