[name removed] has been exceptionally helpful and professional with our warranty service. She coordinated the warranty repairs and followed up after each and every one. Above and beyond when she visited our home on multiple occasions to check quality of service and made sure we were satisfied. She made it a smooth process. Great service and an even greater experience!

I liked how Landsea Homes kept me informed throughout the entire process—from signing the contract to move-in day. Their team was responsive and professional, and I appreciated the regular updates on the construction progress. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that a few minor finishing touches needed follow-up after move-in, but overall, the experience was positive and well-managed.

I have had many problems with the home since moving in. I even outreached HOA with some concerns with no response back. I’m still waiting on items to be fixed . Worst first time buyer experience I have ever had.

The purchase was easy and went well. Since we have closed we have had items that were supposed to be completed prior to the final walk through that still have not been completed. We reached out to the realtor over a week ago and still have not heard from the superintendent.

I have a "settling crack" in my cealing that stretches across the house East to West. I have never experienced a settling Crack like this before even when we stayed in out 2 story home. This home is a single level.

Follow through from the punch list, required us to chase folks down. There was a couple of hand offs to other folks. Kelly was fantastic! Peter very helpful. Challenging when they are moved to another job site. Kelly continues to check in on us. Pat has been helpful from LandSea Office on site at El Cidro
