During conversations of the property it did not feel like we were the customer that was being looked for. The customer service experience was as an example. Just get in line with everyone else and we will see what we can do. After going through final walk there were things that were left not done and shrugged off as if it was ok the way it had been instead of fixing. Not a very satisfying experience after spending as much money as we did for a house that supposed to take care of my family. It’s a growing area so I understand the rush to move on to the next guy. Thanks.

They are working with us on resolving workmanship issues. Seems like a lot of these issues should have been resolved upon completion of build. "Quality" didn't seem to be a high priority unfortunately.

I loved how easy and quick the process was, the hardest part was just all the different tasks we had to accomplish quickly in singing documents but just comes with purchasing a home.

Everyone along the way to purchase was outstanding. We have been extremely happy with our Landsea home. We would recommend to others. Dom as been on top of things and getting problems resolved. Due to being short staffed, Dom has been stretched and doing the best he can.

The post inspection walkthrough seemed a bit rushed, like I wasn't meant to be pointing out every issue I could find. Also the amount of bugs is frustrating

Easy purchase and the mortgage loan officers were awesome. We had very little contact or update from our “salesperson” who we talked to briefly when we initially looked at the home. Felt she could have been more involved and checked in during the process. I also had a friend refer me who did not even get a thank you or anything.

I have issues in my home such as water leaks that are being ignored and potentially causing black mold. I still don’t have a functioning master bath as my shower and tub are ripped apart because landsea continues to use the same sub and worker who can’t do his job. I also have safety issues throughout my entire home with the carpet that causes physical harm to my children and pets along with wife and I. Despite manufacturer guidance, the issue is still ignored this causing me to have to go to the ROC to get resolution.

The only thing I didn't like was the lender that was partnered with Landsea. For a company that had decades of experience, I had to babysit them a lot throughout the lending process. However the walkthrough experience of the home was amazing.

The only thing that threw me off was when I went into the sales office, the lack of providing her materials or paperwork that I could keep with me to compare to other homes, but I later understood that it was to reduce a carbon footprint, which I appreciate. I loved the flexibility of all employees to work with my schedule in order to make the closing process as efficient as possible, and the active communication was key in making all of us smooth
