The entire experience hasn't been good. We have issues with the house that we have been telling you about since before we even closed on the house and nothing has been done to resolve it. We are coming up on our 1 year and still have a ton of outstanding issues that [name removed] says he's getting taken care of but when the trades come out they dont know what they are doing. We had a detailed inspection report done for our home and gave it all to [name removed] and risewell to get the issues fixed and the trades either dont show up or want us to walk them around pointing out everything to them. The trades are having to come several times and things are not getting fixed. I think [name removed] needs help out here, which is crazy to me because you aren't even building in here anymore. It's like you just gave up on our community.

Representatives gave constant feedback back on the progress of our build. It was nice to be able to come by at any time to see the progress our selves. The few issues we did have were resolve in a timely manner with professionalism and quality.

When my air conditioner went out it took over two days to get someone out here in the summertime. The recreation center was supposed to be completed in September 2025. I feel like it won't even be completed in 2026.I have had electrical and plumbing issues. I never see newsletters from the HOA. Yards are not kept up on homes that are vacant. I wonder what is being done with the homeowners [name removed] money. Numerous neighbors complain about the HOA as well. They also told me when I moved in not to hold my breath on the recreation center. I will give a big shoutout to [name removed]. He always responds promptly. Very approachable and kind. Also, [name removed] in the sales office is amazing. With being out in the middle of fields the recreation center would help build community that is much needed out here.

They are working with us on resolving workmanship issues. Seems like a lot of these issues should have been resolved upon completion of build. "Quality" didn't seem to be a high priority unfortunately.

During conversations of the property it did not feel like we were the customer that was being looked for. The customer service experience was as an example. Just get in line with everyone else and we will see what we can do. After going through final walk there were things that were left not done and shrugged off as if it was ok the way it had been instead of fixing. Not a very satisfying experience after spending as much money as we did for a house that supposed to take care of my family. It’s a growing area so I understand the rush to move on to the next guy. Thanks.

Everyone along the way to purchase was outstanding. We have been extremely happy with our Landsea home. We would recommend to others. Dom as been on top of things and getting problems resolved. Due to being short staffed, Dom has been stretched and doing the best he can.

Easy purchase and the mortgage loan officers were awesome. We had very little contact or update from our “salesperson” who we talked to briefly when we initially looked at the home. Felt she could have been more involved and checked in during the process. I also had a friend refer me who did not even get a thank you or anything.
