Very nice people to deal with on the front end ie, sales, service and lending. Horrible experience when it comes to quality and repairs delivery. All your trades will do the bare minimum instead of figuring out the core issues as a result pending repairs are ongoing problem requiring many repeated visits to still have dismal results. I’m currently dealing with major leaks, very loud ac vents downstairs, poor insulation and many other problems. The insulation was added to the house at the very end during the week when moved in. I have hot spots.

Everything went relatively smooth, [name removed] was very helpful and so was [name removed]. There were normal issues that come with a new house but they have been resolved with their help.

I encountered an issue with the carpet in my loft and felt I received very little support. Initially, my small dogs were thought to be responsible for the improper installation. The first inspector confirmed that the carpet had indeed been installed incorrectly and would need to be replaced due to separation along the seams. Recently, a team came to address a noise in the floor and had to pull the carpet away from the wall. During this process, they noticed the same separation and concluded that my dogs were not the cause of the problem. Now, I am faced with the dilemma of either fixing the carpet myself due to the lack of support or removing it and replacing it with tile – something I shouldn’t have to deal with in the first year of living in my brand-new $423,000 home. Unfortunately, this situation is not of my choosing.

Oversight has been a big problem for me. Most vendors you work with who come fulfill a work order damage other things in the process. It has been an ongoing problem. I’m still dealing with repairs associated to the initial walkthrough as a result of your vendors carelessness.
