It wasn't necessarily with New [name removed] Co!. It was more with my GE washing machine that never worked right from the start and GE would not honor a new machine… The machine has had three callouts already, and that was within the first six months of the home being new, which I think is ridiculous.

I love my new home. I made the right choice! Hiem is the best, I contacted him about a leak in the bathroom and took care of it right away. I’m so happy with everything.

I enjoyed the house I bought, truly beautiful and amazing. I disliked the lack of yardage, I asked if I could pursue extending my yard even another 3-4 ft and they denied me. I wish I had a bigger yard.

Martha the sales person at the model Homes was amazing! She was not pushy or too aggresive even though we were visiting the model homes aften to be sure that was what we wanted. We had a bit of a hiccup on financing with some people being moved around during the loan process but again Martha got involved in the process and made sure we we closed on time and even days earlier. Overall it was a great experience and we received a beautiful home

All staff were responsive, helpful, and friendly. All issues identified at blue tape walkthrough were resolved by closing. One issue identified at closing walkthrough was resolved same day.
