A year dealing with pressure issues and sand in the pipes, but [name removed] has not resolved it. They also said when I bought the house that they provided a warranty on the paint, but now they say they don’t. I cannot recommend this company.

I am very dissatisfied about the warranty on this home. I have repeatedly asked for help with repairs. The time frame for repairs is ridiculously long or non existent. I would never buy another home from this builder. I am beyond frustrated! Several doors have not worked properly and the warranty department will not repair one of the doors. The front door has had work done 2 times and is still not repaired properly. I am so frustrated. Plus the HOA is a joke!

The quality of the home. I have had several issues with the home. Poor paint, sloppy floor work, cheap construction. Nails everywhere, construction debris and blockage of sidewalks.

Disliked how quickly the home was built and how thrown together things within the home feel. Messy paint/caulking/tile/stairs/carpet. Wish I would’ve purchased a home inspector. Customer care and customer care representatives have been a positive experience and easy to work with.

I’m not being valued as a client. At least 50 persons would have walked around the house while it was on sale especially on the carpet with their shoes. I raised this concern after bring my wife become sick and taken to urgent care but no one really cared. I really don’t understand how could anyone think vacuuming is professionally cleaned before the handover. I was doing referral for this community with all my friends and family but now I’ll stop doing that instead I’ll warn them from this builder

The people we worked with on [name removed]’s side were dishonest and cut corners on just about everything. They tried to take advantage of our lack of knowledge in the home buying process, would tell us things that mattered to us were not a big deal, and would overall just make us feel unimportant and like another number in their stats that they had to hit.

I like how the sale associate/manager informs us all in depth information about building a new home from scratch, financing, inspecting and closing. The team that we worked is caring, polite, friendly and informative. Things that I don’t like are prior closing and after move-in. We need to check the house and request the maintenance services to our house. It takes a bit of time to check all the maintenance that we request. And the house owner needs to register all appliances warranty thru dwelling which it frustrates to the new owner. Some serials numbers provide in after-closing documents are work and some are not. We just request the team to double check all the serial numbers. Thank you!

Except for minor repairs and touchups, I'm happy with [name removed]'s customer service. Your Sales Agent, [name removed], is very helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. The construction Supper Intendant and his Assistant are also very responsible in their jobs.

All of the staff we interacted with, from [name removed] and [name removed] in sales to [name removed] and [name removed] in delivery / maintenance were fantastic. This was our first new-build home and the team at Marlowe have set a very high bar for any future new-builds. [name removed] and [name removed] were very attentive and made sure the house was delivered as promised and all items were corrected between our initial walk and final walkthrough.
